The hotel is okay. The cleaners could do some cleaning of the furniture to keep the room more inviting. Our room also needed some repairs but all in all we were comfortable. The breakfast could be spiced up with eggs and sausages. My spouse said the hotel was ok. He is hard to please. So it was ok. The air condition was very good.

You will not get a more precise review as mine! This place was sparse in every sense of the phrase,it was toast , bagles , orange juice, apples , and coffee, and cold cereal, breakfast ! That's it , bring body wash ! Bed , TV, one chair table, mini fridge and microwave, iron and board, it was clean, dated, but clean, worth every penny you paid, there was no lamp on my side of bed, windows curtain hanging from one corner, no lounge chair, i depend on these reviews, i was on a tight budget, i got some sleep, housekeeping was knocking on my door , woke me up and I had a " do not disturb on door", I was pissed ! It didn't happen again after I screamed at them, I appreciated the coffee and bagels cream cheese and jelly, wish I had eggs and sausage , but it was better than nothing ! It was the best for the price , so a rating from one to five , five being best , i give this place a 3 !!

The room was clean and comfortable but the place had a weird smell throughout. The breakfast was limited and they had an individual coffee machine instead of carafes which was slow and not that great. But overall the stay was good for the price.

I went to the front desk to request another room and was told that there were no rooms left, but I might want to check room 118. That room looked even worse. The front desk person said that he couldn't do anything else and we should talk to the manager, Mehul Patel, in the morning. When I approached Mehul in the morning, he wouldn't even let me finish listing the sanitary problems in the room, not to mention the shabby and dirty furniture. He went with accusations that I was making things up to get reimbursed for undelivered service. He claimed that the yellow stains and blobs of gunk were nothing to complain about, since they were the results of repairs. There were no apologies or offer to remediate the situation. Terrible experience!

I knew when I booked this stay that it was only 2 1/2 stars. With all that being said their were 2 staff members who were friendly and polite. My first room stunk of cigarette smoke however, when I went to the front desk to mention it, I was given another room right away. The second room had NO cigarette stench. Don't get me wrong the place is a dump, but at least it's staffed with nice folks! (I've stayed in 5 star hotels where the staff's attitudes were basura). I stayed for 4 nights, 5 days. I paid a little over $500.00. the bathroom was decent, the linens looked "clean" although I still used my own bedding. The place was definitely run down and tired, the pool was out of commission. And I was told that it will be out of order for a year or more. My suggestion to that is to NOT advertise a pool. The Continental breakfast was stall bread, donuts and cereal. Mini donuts that they put out at least 3 days in a row, rotten apples and sour juice. The furniture was old, missing doors, draws and nobs. The carpet was stained and the entire facility longs for a paint job. Although the staff cleaned the rooms and vacuumed the hallways, it wasn't enough to rejuvenate the place. Last but not least It looks like this facility is an "extended stay" facility. There were so many undesirables hanging around.
