Very nice location, central to shops and restaurants. Free parking in NYC! Early check in no problem. It was a very nice place to stay.

Location was convenient, free parking a plus, breakfast was good. It was nice having numerous inexpensive dining options nearby. The hotel room was somewhat stuffy, and the air handler was noisy when it was running. A guest in an adjacent room had a yappy dog, and we thought the hotel had a no pets policy.

Dirty room bathroom smelled like urine made reservations for a king size bed it was a queen and there were these nasty black little flies that kept flying in the bathroom never again

Septmber 25 -27. I stayed 2 nights, very good location, near restaurant and shopping mall, the room was very clean, staff friendly and accommodating, not much variety at breakfast. Nice place to stay for business and leisure. I would definitely choose it for my next visit to New York.

The only inconvenience was that the main entrance to the property was under renovation and so we had to use the center entrance which was challenging for family guest who have disabilities. Every time we had to leave the property we had to walk around the building to the front to pick up uber. Mall sidewalks aren't level, It would have been nice to know this ahead of time.

The paper products were horrible! Toilet paper went from 1.5 ply to 1 ply and then to 2 ply. The napkins at breakfast tore when moist. I attempt to dry your hands got paper all over them. YOU NEED TO PAPER PRODUCTS!
