Always enjoy staying here for the ratings that were given. Cleaning staff left old, used cups in room without adding new, clean cups for coffee. I found that very frustrating when I returned to my room. Coffee makers in room need to be improved/upgraded considering the nightly price. Front desk staff were great and I enjoyed selections for breakfast.

The room is dirty. Not cleaned. Tried to raise to management team. Got 0 response. My family all got severe rash after spending 1 night in the room. Had to wear cloth to sleep. And got zero feedback from managers.

Is bunch of people in the lobby having a party late at night sickly people walking around the property people outside asking guests for cigarettes and money..what a bad taste this experience left me i will never go to this hotel again

Property is very well maintained and staff was very helpful throughout our stay, even with influx of guest with the World Cup happening.

The staff could learn how to manage the front desk operations along with some problem-solving skills. The hotel is very old and outdated. The two ladies who worked the breakfast shift did an excellent job setting up breakfast, but the eggs tasted weird. Room and hotel were clean.

The room was huge, clean, and well appointed. Check in was seamless, and the front desk representative was friendly, fun, sweet, and responsive. She is one of those people who just radiate and seems to really enjoy her job. What a pleasure to have her be the first you meet when you check in!! (I'm so sorry that I forgot to get her name.)

Plenty of parking, easy to find parking, easy access to grocery, shopping, and gas. Breakfast was adequate. Front desk was lovely.

From the minute, I walked in front desk staff was very helpful. The next morning breakfast staff was also helpful, and kept everything clean and organize.
