The fitness center was in good repair. My sleep was poor due to a barking and whining dog in a neighboring room and people above walking around all night.

Property was very clean and check in was easy. However, two out of three reading lights in the room were not working, which made it difficult to read or get any work done. When we called the front desk, they were not helpful. To be fair, we didn’t check in until 8pm, so it could be due to the “night shift” issues.

Our only complaint was the sofa bed. The mattress was horribly thin and you could feel every spring in it. Nobody could sleep on that. So our son had to sleep on the sofa itself, and not the pullout. Other than that, it was a great hotel and great stay.

Bathroom tub abd floor were not clean. Many Black hairs in tub and on bathroom floor and also fuzz & pieces of paper bathroom floor. Haed to use shower/tub when hair all over

The room was very clean and the staff was incredibly courteous. However, there were a few things that made it just okay. The pipes made a high pitched squeal when we showered, house keeping left our trash, still in the plastic bag, on the floor after cleaning, and maintenance tried to enter our room without knocking the last morning, even with the do not disturb sign on the door.
