So they gave me a third room up-and-down the stairs. 3 times until I finally got a clean room and was somewhat clean. The lady downstairs, see what she was okay, but the experience I had overall was terrible.Except for the receptionist was nice

People hanging around the hotel front and back who were sketchy and didnt appear to be guests. Once we got in the room we felt ok, although I was concerned about my car in the parking lot.

Pool was inoperable and a/c fan in the room was horribly loud- ruined the whole night sleep.

room 121 had the worst bathroom configuration I have ever experienced.The bath was small, had to step sideways to get in=== BUT the door closed in and the door did not fit. could not close door I would suggest not using this room until fixed.

Requested room on 1 level due to bad knees. Was put on 2nd floor and had to climb steps

Breakfast needed more protein items. Loved the sausage gravy, but I needed more protein.

The entire hotel reeked of cigarette smoke, including our "non-smoking" room.

Had an accessible room and there was large iron things sticking out the side of bed which I hurt my leg on. Also the area around the toilet bowl was not clean.

The room smelled like smoke and mildew. There were people talking and making noise in the hallway all night long. The bed was extremely uncomfortable

I selected this hotel because it advertises an indoor swimming pool, while there in a pool it is drained and not in use. Looks like it may have been closed for awhile, wish I had known that beforehand.
