Wish there was an easier way to actually talk to someone live instead of AI.

The light bulb in the lamp by the bedside nearest the bathroom had hardly any illumination. The lighting could have been better. Also in order to get the door to lock when I was going out I had to slam the door. Room 515 or 516. It was right beside the elevator

Excellent price and good location. Friendly staff and rooms were clean. Comfortable beds. They had an outdoor pool, exercise room and game room. We were only there overnight so didn’t get a chance to try out all the amenities. I would definitely stay there again

The best hotel in York!! Cathy was phenomenal and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable!! Would stay there next time we are in York and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting York!!

Breakfast was amazing, the room was super clean, and the entire place smelled AMAZING! I requested extra towels, and they were in the room waiting for me!

For a quiet little hotel, the gym was much better equipped than I expected, and there was video game room too! Wish I'd had time to go play PacMan.

Ample Parking 2 entrances front and back of building. Staff in every area (front desk, breakfast staff especially Kara, housekeeping) were extremely professional, and anytime we needed something they helped us right away. Breakfast was ready 7:00 am on the weekend and 6:30 on weekdays. Each day the 3 main hot buffet items changed slightly. A different egg, meat,& potato. However there was oatmeal, yogurt station, bagels, a waffle station, pancake maker, cereal, grab & go muffins, granola bars and fresh fruit. Multiple fruit juices and coffee station. The hotel was very clean and smelled fresh when walking in hallways. When we walked in our room it was also very clean. I always check a hotel especially the bedding and mattress. I was extremely impressed. The mattress was covered with a high quality zipper cover. And the bedding was luxury bedding. The room had a fridge no freezer, microwave. No coffee pot. However my friend was able to go to the lobby and get free coffee. The only problem I had was the bathroom in my room needed a deeper cleaning. I carry Microban Sanitizing and and Antimicrobial, so I used that and made a walking path with 2 towels on the floor. My friend used the bathroom downstairs in the lobby and he said it was spotless. We did not utilize the pool, weight room, or game room.

our stay was very pleasant the room was clean breakfast was very good.

We ended up leaving our stay early because we came back to ants all over the air conditioner, our cup of water, the center table, a can and clothes, and the back wall. There were stains on the pillow cases. There is a need for new towels as some of them are extremely rough. I literally cut myself with the towel. We did not have shampoo placed in our room, but the bottles are very small so plan on bringing your own. Make note that you can not arrive early because there will NOT be rooms available. You MUST call the day before. Customer care and service was lacking. Overall we were very disappointed. We opted not to stay with our friends (who did get into their hotel 2 hours early) because the pictures on this website looked soo good! The saving grace was that they do have a pool, that the ladies making breakfast, and a young man that worked at the main desk were very nice.
