The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. The carpet had suspicious spots. The worst thing was the bathroom had no safety bars which contributed to one of us falling while attempting to get in the tub for it was very slippery; one of us just had hip surgery and I thank God it wasn't him. A list was left with the front desk as to what we felt needed your immediate attention.

Had very bad time with the room.The day they were to complete clean and change everything, We came back to room in evening,once inside,Bed had been stripped, Pillows stacked on lamp,Bedspread rolled up in front of t v.That's all that was done, plus No new towels,When I went to check in counter,to tell them about problem,They didn't even have a key to linen room ,for them to make bed...So,They moved us to another room upstairs..so next day out,we had put towels and garbage out in morning,Came back,Key card wouldn't open door,So went back down to check in counter,Reprogrammed the key cards,Walked in,No towels,I sent my wife down to counter...They did pick up garbage and dirty towels in morning, Just never gave us any..Been staying here for over 10 years,yearly,No more.....The housekeeping supervisor had told me,the cleaning lady told her,couldn't clean room because someone was sleeping in bed..I have pictures,How did the cleaning lady strip the bed if someone was in it....Pretty stupid...Very unhappy..Have not heard one thing from Country Inn,About this mess

Staff over booked the rooms, Then upgraded us to a king room. Computer suggested adding on to our bill for the upgrade. That didn’t happen
