The lady at the desk starts with an S, always says how long she been there. Sleeping during her shift. Ended up walking out since I couldn't get any help during the night shift.

The room smelled and there was hair on the bed. We received another room that smelled worse but cleaner. The hair dryer didn't work but they brought us a new one and the Faust to the tub came off the wall. The mirror in the bathroom was cracked and the walls were in bad shape.

Furniture a little dated and not in good condition. Not enough towels bedding was very thin.

Got in very late and staff was present Room was musty and did not feel and look clean. Light bulbs missing, shower not clean...

There wash trash in room yet which had odor ! Thank them for the discount though my other half in the hospital!!

I loved the fact that check out was at 12:00 as opposed to 10 or 11 am. After traveling late at night, I needed the extra hours of sleep before having to get up and leave.

Good selection for breakfast. Coming in from out of town that was one of the reasons we stayed there one less meal to worry about. Our room didn't get as cold as I like it but was okay, the beds were a little hard and the pillows were very flat.

the only good experience I received was from the front desk and housekeeping staff. issues with the room, issues with the gym, issues with remote, issues with tv, issues with the internet. If it wasn't one thing it was another.

Good area My room’s bathroom had lots of hair all over the bath tub and it looked as if someone only changed the towels and that was it, I even found the same hair color of long hair on pillows and bed sheets

beds were ridiculously squeky, bathroom was clean, but faucet was broken, stains on carpet, breakfast was not as good as other county inn suites
