Check in and out was so easy and I usually will stay at Hampton Inn's when I can. I think the breakfasts are a plus.

I like clean room and breakfast included and plenty parking lots; only thing I don’t like there is no fan in the bathroom and too much noise from AC which affect my sleep.

Met with most wonderful staff at desk.... Michele, Teddie, the evening young man I cannot remember his name but had to deal with guest whom were breaking smoking rules ... They couldn't be located and other guest were complain, well this young man handled it so professionally kind when speaking to those complaining, doing his best to rectify the situation, he deserves acknowledgement ! And Kevin during the day always helpful and smiling. However I choose this hotel esp for Michelle and Teddie they have been so helpful to me personally, and Ive seen them both assist other customers with problems of all sorts. Just can't say enough about this specific hotel.... The other staff cleaning, or managing the breakfast are also just as fantastic ! I pay a lot extra to stay here and it's well worth it.

The hotel looks brand new. Everything is spotless and pristine. Rooms are comfortable and well thought out. Bathrooms have large vanities and showers....bigger than this type of hotel usually has. Breakfast was fine.....nice assortment of fresh fruit. Oatmeal and lots of things to put in it. Waffle station. We did the online check in as we were driving there. Once it was complete, they provided an electronic key on my phone so we were able to go straight to our room on arrival. Convenient location just off the highway and 8 min from Wellspan Hospital. Plenty of restaurants nearby....fast food as well as more upscale. To share the electronic key, the other person must have the Hilton app on their phone. That's a pain in the neck when you're on the move.

Service was good but the lack of a hot tub was a "downer". There was also a funny noise in the room which was traced to the mini-refrigerator. I had to disconnect its power to get some sleep. See above
