I was dissatisfied that they could not place myself and my daughter in rooms near each other, we were on opposite floors

Most of our stay was very pleasant the shower water pressure was very minimal that the shower head they have attached wasn't working the way it should. The game room they offered all the games didn't work. But for the most part this day was wonderful

the location was great I could hear the people next door to me. The mattress was extremely soft which made it uncomfortable.

Our room was never clean! On the first day there was dirt on the floor and chair. Several long hairs in the shower, sink and bathroom floor. They were still there on day two, when I had to clean them up. We spent get our room cleaned on day three. They told us we had the do not disturb sign in the door. It was there for half an hour from 8:30-9:00am while I showered. Although the housekeeping staff were cleaning rooms all around us at 3:00. When I went to the desk at 4:00 to inquire they said they had been busy and if they had to they would do our room. Horrible attitude by the front desk and housekeeping. The only staff member that was at all helpful and polite was the lady in charge of the breakfast buffet. She was very kind and helpful.

Excellent hotel with great staff, comfortable rooms and plenty of parking that is close to York, restaurants, gas stations and I-83. Breakfast is exceptional with choices that include eggs, sausages, potatoes, waffle maker, pancake machine, oatmeal, fresh yogurt maker, dry cereal including gluten free cheerios, pastries, bread, and bagels. There are toppings for the oatmeal and yogurt including walnuts, cranberries, granola and bagged fresh apple slices. Very highly recommended.

In photos, it looks nice and modern, but in person, it's not like that at all—it's very old, and even the renovation doesn't help. The air in the room feels so heavy. Everything was renovated, but the overall condition is still sub-par

Multiple times the cleaning staff made the bed with dirty sheets, they didn’t clean the bathroom properly and we had to ask them for sheets multiple times, some staff members were very rude.

I give this hotel A+.
