The manager was very racism and staff from restaurant very rude pool was dirty and not hot , water in bathroom was cool

The room smelled like chlorine and mold. Definitely an older hotel with few room updates. Pool was unusable due to the number of kids in it most of the day. Breakfast buffet was embarrassing for the price that was charged. Waited over an hour to get food when we did order off the menu. Would not stay here again.

Just 1 person in the night. The door of my room never leave me outside for more than 2 hours and nobody answer the call of the staff for help.

Someone left eyelashes in our bed and found an old Hershey ticket in chair

We were extremely pleased. Unfortunately we were there because our sister died unexpectedly. It was nice to have a clean comfortable room to sleep in when we came back from the viewing and funeral.

This place seriously needs to be updated. Rooms paint carpet all need to be updated. Pets allowed is fine but the hotel shouldn’t smell like animals.

Kind of disappointed partially my fault that I didn’t read it correctly but we have stayed multiple times and breakfast was always included this time it was not. I would not have paid the rates I did for it not to include breakfast. I always factor that into the cost.

The hotel simply wasn’t big enough for other guests not to see any pets or smell anything the hotel was simply outdated and need to be more modernized they wouldn’t have the smell of animals that’s imbedded in the carpet. Overall the room was clean and comfortable. But definitely a one and done for me.

I think we may have had a handicap room because the toilet and sink were both very low to the ground.

Location The hotel is showing it's age. Coffee machine in the room did not work.and the rug needs to get shampoo.

Location is ideal! Floors were dirty. I got out of shower and went to put on my socks and my feet were dirty. Not cool! MOP the floors! Steam clean the carpets.
