Carpet in the room wasn’t vacuumed good. Breakfast was to be from 7-10am and when I walked down there at 9:45 everything was cleaned up and put away already

The staff acted polite, but it was purely superficial. I stayed eleven nights and the room was barely touched. Sheets got changed once, and that was two nights in. After that, it felt like nobody lifted a finger. I asked for proper cleaning and got empty smiles. This place looks presentable on the surface, but the service is hollow and the standards are unacceptable.
