The staff acted polite, but it was purely superficial. I stayed eleven nights and the room was barely touched. Sheets got changed once, and that was two nights in. After that, it felt like nobody lifted a finger. I asked for proper cleaning and got empty smiles. This place looks presentable on the surface, but the service is hollow and the standards are unacceptable.

Shower was difficult to use. Breakfast should last longer than 9 am. When people go away for the weekend they may like to sleep in a bit.

The location was great. Only 10 minutes away from where we moved our daughter to. They had a room so we tried it. Never stayed at a Best Western before. We always stay at a Comfort Inn or Hilton. The staff was friendly and helpful. They told us how to get a discount at the restaurant next door. The room was very decently priced and the beds were clean and comfortable. We didn't have the free breakfast but it did look good. The room could of been cleaned better. There was dust on the coffee maker and dirt all over the light switches. Thank god I always have disfectent wipes on hand. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work nor did the lock on the bathroom door. Honestly though it wasn't so bad that I had to find another hotel for the night. I would probably stay there again because of the price.

The hostess when checking in was awesome very sweet young guy The bed was so freaking comfortable. I wanted to take it home. Lots of restaurants and located centrally in the town, but the room itself was quiet Restaurant right outside the front door definitely worth the value Outside entrances into the hotel weren’t marked very clearly. There was only entrances at the very end of each end of the building. No middle access and checking in is weird cause you’re on the end of a building. You have to park and go into there’s nowhere to park in front of the lobby.

Check in was easy. They don’t have a lot of staff to bring items up to the room, so be prepared to go to the front desk for whatever you need. Place seems like an older property. It served its purpose for a quick stop over in the area. We only spent about 7 hrs there total. I would not stay there for a long stay. Breakfast was basic. I only had an oatmeal pack and some yogurt and tea. There were waffles, eggs, sausage, cold cereal, boiled eggs, juice, coffee, tea, bananas and apples. There is a restaurant right next to the building, if you need a meal although we didn’t go. We did not have time to check out the amenities. There are lots of restaurants about a mile away from property. We needed a roll away cot and had to pay $20 extra for it.

I was nervous pulling into the lot but the inside is a completely different experience. Walking in, it smelled really good, it looked cleaned, and I loved there was someone at the desk that was ATTENTIVE at all times. I never had to wait for someone and they had complimentary lemon water att all times. The hotel room was clean and spacious. They also had a wide variety of breakfast from a pancake machine, to a yogurt station and they had someone bringing out fresh food consistently. I would go back for sure Our jacuzzi was kind of messed up. It would keep shooting water out randomly. The tv stopped working once it started raining.

The cleanliness and the comfort of the rooms. The elevator seems a little outdated, if I had to pick anything. One small thing would also be no usb ports in the room for charging.

The ramp into the facility is too steep.

Beds were comfortable and the area was quiet overnight. The breakfast buffet had everything imaginable and was kept clean and well stocked.

The hotel's hallway smelled a bit of smoke but overall it was nice. The rooms were very clean and I love the fact that they have a 2nd sink outside of the bathroom. Makes things easier to get ready with other people sharing a room.

Breakfast was good. Love the proximity (and included discount) to Quaker Steak & Lube. Was awesome to be able to get dinner and a few drinks and safely walk back to the hotel. The guests in the room beside us were noisy, but that shouldn't be blamed on the hotel. We did not bring it to anyone's attention.

The staff was SO wonderful. I have family close by that I visit regularly and because of that, I will definitely stay here again. My ONLY complaint is the carpet in my room was absolutely disgusting. We had to leave our shoes on the entire time
