For an overnight stay it was fine regarding cleanliness and breakfast, but for longer stays, like we did, housekeeping never changed sheets, even though their policy is every 3 days. One day I even had to empty the trash.

The facility was very clean. Breakfast was VERY limited. The room was clean, but the curtains at the windows were shredded, and the towels and wash clothes were tattered.

Breakfast in the morning only complaint was that the food was not hot. Had to microwave. Small selection of food, like yogurt, oatmeal, and muffins.

Staff was exceptionally friendly. Room was large and clean. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was close to shopping and good restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting York, PA.

The only blemish during our stay was the bathtub was slow to drain. I mentioned this to the desk staff when we checked out.
