The Air conditioner AC didn’t work the room it was really hot

There were stains on the walls, the doors were broken(both entrance into the room and the bathroom) I did not complete my stay and will not book again.

As soon as I gyro the room I got a call from staff to make sure I was satisfied of room

The hallways and room have a terrible smell that we couldn’t stay. So we ended up having to leave the hotel.

Just dirty. This look like a place where the homeless live in or some sort of housing. One or two floors for vacationers. Don’t stay longer than a day. Not safe and room muggy.

I had a time getting used to a virtual check in. Anybody could just walk in. There was no staff on location.

The hotel used to be very quiet. This past weekend ; other guests were screaming in the middle of the night during an argument. There are quite a few people who live in the hotel; they have toddlers who run around most of the night. They were evicted from their apt; and now live at the hotel.Screaming and crying. I also noticed the cleanliness of the hotel is not like it used to be. A man who lives there; as a dog. I smelled a strong odor of urine coming from his room. He told me he has been living there for 4 months now. If you are looking for rest and relaxation don't rent a room here.

The only positives was that the hotel was clean and beds were comfy. The checkin process was bizarre and done with a person talking virtually over a screen, and key cards were dispensed below the screen. It looked like the hotel was in a rough part of town and this was confirmed by 2 stickers on our room door reminding us to lock the dead bolt. Won’t be staying here again.

I called complained about asked for my room to be switched was told they were checked out and 2nd night I heard them again smh It looks like people actually live there Breakfast only consisted of waffles cereal no eggs sausage there’s no vending machines it was just horrible I wouldn’t recommend it all I think motel 6 might be a lot better forget the breakfast

There is an iPad that connects you with someone overseas to check in. The room smells like body odor and when I pulled the sheets back there was a feces stain, yes poop. You get what you pay for so if you want the cheapest be prepared to get just that. I will say to their credit they changed the sheets and the shower/toilets are remodeled and new. I would not bring children here.

The bed wasn’t changed from the prior booking leaving bodily fluids and pubic hair on the sheets as well as a blood stain on the comforter. It was discovered at 930 pm when my son and I got back from his basketball tournament. We called the number since it was virtual check in and there was no desk person. We were told there was no one to change the sheets so we had to talk to the manager in the morning for a discount or refund. We had used most of our money and had no additional for a new hotel so we stripped the bed and laid down the blankets we brought and went to sleep. The shower also had pubic hair on the walls and the wall beside the toilet was disgusting. The door handle to leave the room had also never been cleaned. I would never recommend this hotel. The manager in the morning was not very helpful she offered a 25% discount at first saying that’s all she could do then it went up to 35%. No one should ever have to deal with unsanitary conditions like this. I have stayed at a motel 6 and it was cleaner than this. I should have gotten a full refund. Ridiculous putting my son and my health at risk!

I think you need a real person to check guess in at night. Plus in the morning the front desk was on the phone the whole time. Even got in our why trying to get breakfast. She was more worry about her video call then the customers. Not a good stay at all.Plus there was firetrucks and everything there so it was hard to park to. Because a person set off fireworks.

The room was not cleaned right and the shower still had hair in it from the previous renter and there was no one on shift in the evening to help you the only help you get is from automated person threw a screen
