Ramada by Wyndham York Harrisburg Hershey

Every room we stayed in so far has been very clean and smells clean and fresh the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is a good variety we really enjoy staying at the Ramada was able to get a good night rest and for the most part the motel is very quiet and oh another thing I really like that they have shampoo and conditioner and body wash for you right there to use very accommodating we will see you soon we'll stay again definitely

Hotel was extremely better than I expected. Would definitely stay again…… & again lol

The facility was smelly and generally dirty, floors warped. Many security doors were propped open. Breakfast was 95% carbohydrate dense. Environment was 'iffy'. The room itself was comfortable and clean, however. Will not return.

Bedroom stinks and there's roaches

The Air conditioner AC didn’t work the room it was really hot

There were stains on the walls, the doors were broken(both entrance into the room and the bathroom) I did not complete my stay and will not book again.

As soon as I gyro the room I got a call from staff to make sure I was satisfied of room

The hallways and room have a terrible smell that we couldn’t stay. So we ended up having to leave the hotel.

Just dirty. This look like a place where the homeless live in or some sort of housing. One or two floors for vacationers. Don’t stay longer than a day. Not safe and room muggy.

I had a time getting used to a virtual check in. Anybody could just walk in. There was no staff on location.

The hotel used to be very quiet. This past weekend ; other guests were screaming in the middle of the night during an argument. There are quite a few people who live in the hotel; they have toddlers who run around most of the night. They were evicted from their apt; and now live at the hotel.Screaming and crying. I also noticed the cleanliness of the hotel is not like it used to be. A man who lives there; as a dog. I smelled a strong odor of urine coming from his room. He told me he has been living there for 4 months now. If you are looking for rest and relaxation don't rent a room here.

Location good, room decent size The room I stayed in for this stay wasn’t cleaned properly. Hair in both towels and stained as well as hair all over the place in shower area as well couple hairs in mini fridge. (Did they use the same cleaning cloth to wipe down both areas because how did small hairs get into a mini fridge?) toilet seat was coming off the vinyl flooring was peeling in areas that were curled at the edges so I had to make sure I kept my socks on. Also washer and dryer doesn’t have big enough signs stating its coins only there’s no cars a lot even tho machines say coin/card they also don’t mention that during check in that it only accepts quarters. Please update to allow for card use as well even laundry mats have that.

Strong smell of cigarettes and marijuana throughout building. Dirty trash filled parking lot. Sour bad waffles

The only positives was that the hotel was clean and beds were comfy. The checkin process was bizarre and done with a person talking virtually over a screen, and key cards were dispensed below the screen. It looked like the hotel was in a rough part of town and this was confirmed by 2 stickers on our room door reminding us to lock the dead bolt. Won’t be staying here again.
