Dirty room. House keeping came , and still was dirty. Stained bedding and pillows. Hair all over the bed & bathroom.

Last minute trip. There was a smell in the hallways and def could use a remodel but met its purpose of getting a good night sleep.

The check in was virtual. Our room was dirty and the floor was coming up. The floors on the stairwell were poorly done, bumpy and presented a fall hazard. The external security doors were proped open and every time I removed the prop, it was replaced. We left after 1 night because it was so dirty and felt unsafe.

Miserable

Internet wasn't working for Playstation hookup. The air conditioner was at 80° because the batteries for the thermostat were dead. We had to try many times to turn on thevAC unit but it couldn't control it unless if you utilized the wall thermostat that didn't have batteries and the door to the bathroom was very hard to open and/or close because it kept scraping the floor. The fact that there is no real person at the front desk was terrible. There was only a virtual person to check us in. We had to open the windows to get some kind of air into the room. I woke up many times during the night because of the room being so hot. The Man in the morning apologized for the unusable AC, the bathroom door and the internet, our stay was not up to par.

I couldn’t tell you once thing I enjoyed about the property. Where do I begin. When we first arrived, we noticed right away. There were people there that look like they live there on a daily basis. The first floor was buckled bubbling up. We stayed on the second floor, and I noticed our door as well as many others had large gaps in between the door and the door frame. It was myself and my four children, we looked in the room at first it seems decent for the price then we realize there are only two towels and two washcloths for four people. It was the evening, so we were checked in by a kiosk with someone who was remotely away. Messaged the TEXT app that texted me prior to my arrival telling me if I needed anything to please reach out on the app. iMessage the app and I said how do I get more towels? And it told me that there would be a live agent at the front desk by 6 AM. We went to get dinner and we came back. One of the kids went to take a shower and we realized either the towels were dirty or severely stained. Then someone noticed blood on the comforter and one of the pillowcases. Pull the blanket back and there was blood on the sheets and other stains. When I message the app, it told me that it was sorry for my experience, but to go down to the front desk, first thing in the morning, and they would help me. It was late, I didn’t have the money to abruptly leave and go to another hotel. I told the app that I would like a full refund. When I went down in the morning, all of our bags packed and ready to go I told them I would be checking out and not staying another night. I would like a refund and I would also like the cancellation fee waived. The guy was very apologetic told me that he was very sorry. That I booked through a third-party so I would have to contact them, but he would do whatever he needed to do to make this right. It was a long day of Booking.com trying to reach anyone via phone or email. The property is also no smoking.

I had to cancel my reservation because the key's room doesn't work. They call the maintenance and he doesn't help because they can't open the door.

The bathroom door was hard to open amd close. Has to fight with it every time. There was a roach behind the fridge. Only saw one thankfully. The noise level on the first floor at night was very loud. Overall insode of the hotel was not kept up. Very disappointed.

Had roaches and I was not the only ones ether there was mutable other people that had them

We found cockroaches in our room then they gave us a different room that had been slept in and not cleaned then refused to refund our stay. DO NOT STAY HERE

The rooms were clean that’s about all that was good about this place. Super ghetto.

Room was clean and comfortable, you can tell there trying to get the place back in shape, they need to work on the continental breakfast because there wasn't much of anything worth having but the coffee

When I got there, my room was filthy covered. In other people’s hair. People‘s trash that was left behind the room was just not cleaned. Everything about that. Stay was just absolutely horrible. I will never return.

I am sorry to say this, but avoid this place unless you need a place real cheap. Worst free breakfast ever.
