It was ok , clean quite, good location, just breakfast was on the weak side , everything was self check in and out no front desk person

The door to our room had about an inch gap above it, not very secure, thankfully we were only there for the night. Check-in wasn’t very personal and private, it was virtual on a machine with someone video remoted in but when he spoke it was very loud and there were people in the seating area so they heard my name and some other things I would’ve preferred to not have “screamed” out loud (not his fault, it was the setting of the machine). Besides that it was in a good area for stores and access to the highway.

There were some inconsistencies with my actual room as far as my desk was sticky from some sort of liquid. Zero toilet tissue upon arrival

I like that they're still one of the ones that have breakfast and they have a pretty good variety for a motel with breakfast

What I really like about this place is that they keep putting us in rooms that are really nice like this time we were in room 237 and it was just a really nice room cuz we were all by yourself we don't have to worry about hearing kids screaming and yelling and running around up and down the halls and stuff it was just totally awesome we were able to get plenty of rest and relaxation to be able to start the work week

Building needs a lot of help. Breakfast was only muffins and yogurt. No blow dryer in the room. No front office staff… Al on a computer screen.. good luck

People that clean the rooms a little pushy but other than that I mean the place is pretty nice and taken care of and recession people are nice and kind going to help with anything they can for breakfast bar is a good variety you stay that inns at York for two and a half years and yes please close them out of the water inns at York the rooms are a little cheaper but they always seem to get what you paid for

It’s convenient and close to lots of things. And they have laundry I just wish you could use your card and it wasn’t coin operated only and there was more than one washer and dryer for the whole place I didn’t like that the staff ignore do not disturb signs on doors and will knock on the door as well as come into your room to clean every other day which is ridiculous. If I request do not disturb because I work third shift and am trying to sleep it should be respected. They moved my things I placed on the bed to make the bed yet they didn’t change the bedding it was the same and I’ve noticed a lot of their towels are stained or still have hair clinging to them so I’ve learned to bring my own.

Every room we stayed in so far has been very clean and smells clean and fresh the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is a good variety we really enjoy staying at the Ramada was able to get a good night rest and for the most part the motel is very quiet and oh another thing I really like that they have shampoo and conditioner and body wash for you right there to use very accommodating we will see you soon we'll stay again definitely

Hotel was extremely better than I expected. Would definitely stay again…… & again lol

The facility was smelly and generally dirty, floors warped. Many security doors were propped open. Breakfast was 95% carbohydrate dense. Environment was 'iffy'. The room itself was comfortable and clean, however. Will not return.

Bedroom stinks and there's roaches

The Air conditioner AC didn’t work the room it was really hot

There were stains on the walls, the doors were broken(both entrance into the room and the bathroom) I did not complete my stay and will not book again.

As soon as I gyro the room I got a call from staff to make sure I was satisfied of room

The hallways and room have a terrible smell that we couldn’t stay. So we ended up having to leave the hotel.
