I think you need a real person to check guess in at night. Plus in the morning the front desk was on the phone the whole time. Even got in our why trying to get breakfast. She was more worry about her video call then the customers. Not a good stay at all.Plus there was firetrucks and everything there so it was hard to park to. Because a person set off fireworks.

The room was not cleaned right and the shower still had hair in it from the previous renter and there was no one on shift in the evening to help you the only help you get is from automated person threw a screen

Found a roach in the room and bugs behind the paintings. My wife and son were there for a baseball tournament. Absolutely disgusting, will never stay there or that brand hotel again, No staff, automated check in, horrible experience.

Chill clean place to stay. And not expensive but not you get what you paid for type place.

If you are on the wyndem rewards it is a cheaper place to stay.

It’s local and walking distance. It has questionable outside guests sometimes but they are decent people don’t let that scare you off. There’s no vending machines 24/7 , the tv channels are garbage and there’s no options to hook up WiFi or to use your own apps.

I had to pay a $100 security deposit that has not been returned to my account yet. I had already paid for my stay in full. The room was not very clean and the air conditioner was not working and in Celsius degrees upon arrival. Check out was at 11;00 am, but housekeeping was knocking on my door at 9:30 am, asking about check out? The mop and housekeeping cart were kept in front of my door way making it very hard to remove things from my room. We were continually getting asked about check out and basically hustled out of the room. My daughter and I checked out at 10:30. It really made the ending of our trip uncomfortable and rushed.

Rooms could use a better maintenance by the time we went down there was no breakfast

We got into the room and started to put drinks in the refrigerator and it wasn’t cleaned out the door to the bathroom was broken cause of this experience I will never come back here again .

After another 20 minutes passed, I called again and was asked if we could simply sleep on the dirty sheets for the night and have them changed the next day because they were short-staffed. I explained that we had checked in that same day and that it was unacceptable to sleep in stained and unsanitary bedding. The representative then said she would contact someone and call me back. When she did, I was instructed to go to the front desk because fresh sheets had been left on a table near the live agent station for me to change the bed myself. This entire experience was both ridiculous and unacceptable. Being expected to make my own bed after paying for a clean room, especially after multiple requests for assistance, was extremely disappointing and reflects very poor customer service

We were on the first floor, very noisy. The shower flooded the bathroom floor.

Nothing They had bed bugs. And the staff didn't care to clean your room

This is my second time staying here, and I'm very disappointed in my visit this time compared to my last. This past visit, I was disgusted and will never come back now. First we get in, our sign in was done virtually. You could barely hear the person who was doing the sign in for you, and then it took forever to process. I was exhausted and wanted to get to my room. We FINALLY get out keycard, head to our room and we walk in to the room being warm. It was 80°+ outside and they didn't have the air on in the room. We went to sit on the beds, and noticed that the one bed was sitting on a fixed floor, which caused a loud bang noise every time you got in/out. The floors were uneven/dirty. Especially the bathroom floor, that was extremely damaged and you could tell there was water damage under the floor. We go to shower, there were only 2 towels for a family of FIVE. My reservation said there would be 5 of us, and they only gave us 2 towels. Couldn't call the front desk or housekeeping because not a single physical employee was present in the building. So we all had to share 2 towels. We finally get ready for bed, and continuous smell of cigarette smoke kept coming into the room and we noticed there was no smoke detector on the ceiling. Just very disgusting & not at all happy especially with brining my kids here.

The entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke, despite getting a smoke free room. Upon arrival, there was only a virtual attendant there to help with check in, so I never saw an employee my arrival day. There wasn't enough parking at the hotel and I did not feel safe as outsiders were roaming in and out of the building while I was there.

Virtual check-in was just weird! Room was not horrible but the bathroom was gross and the towels were gross. The whole place smelled like weed. We checked in and back out within an hour! Won’t be back or recommend!

Location No people work in the hotel, the extra towels and wash cloths are kept in a cabinet under the breakfast bar in the lobby…
