Motel 6 York, PA - North

I left early due to a ton of roaches in the room. This place was absolutely nasty.

Nothing

There no refrigerator and toilet and tub wasn’t flush

No towels and the morning staff was rude and not willing to accommodate.

A mattress that is better and bigger so it can fit the frame better

This hotel was honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. The room was dirty, smelled terrible, the washcloths were visibly used. Truthfully this place should be shut down. We didn’t even end up staying. We immediately took the key back to the desk and said we’re not staying here. We then were in a position to have to find a new place to stay.

If I could rate 0 I would. Do not stay here unless you want a hole in the ceiling, roaches crawling on the floor and destroyed property.

When we arrived the lady at the front was very friendly and helpful. We got checked in and went to our room and the A/C didn't work and it was a 90° night. It also smelled best musty and moldy. My allergies started acting up immediately. We were moved to a new room where the A/C worked but just barely. Luckily the window opened so we were able to air the space out a little bit. There were cigarette burns on the bedding, dust all over the room and stains on the sheets. The beds were very uncomfortable and had no support. If it weren't for the fact we needed a place for a single night, we would have left. We woke up at 6am, packed up and left as soon as we could. This hotel would be better shut down.

Nothing at all Front desk lady was asleep when I got there and could find my reservation for 30 minutes went back in to check still sleep. Toilet didn't work

It is in bad need of of face lift and up grades in rooms.

Mouse in my room made stay very uncomfortable

I didn't like anything the place was disgusting crawling with bugs and had a stitch to it Well if you remodel get an exterminator

This was the worst motel (the motel from hell) we have ever stayed in and we blame it all on Hotels.com and Expedia because they offer these motels on their websites to their clients knowing that the conditions are deplorable! I will not use their services again since they have proved to us that they will recommend any building to make a buck! We only expected a clean room with clean linen, towels with a working tub and sink. It's rated at 2 stars which is 4 stars too high! They should not have a motel like this on their website because it's substandard in anyone's rating!

Front desk was always helpful. Maids not so happy working there, saying hello looked like it hurt. Building has some issues due to it being old elevator buttons 4th floor sticks. Room was nice until... we did kill one roach on the last day, it is the first time with roaches.

Pubic hair in bathroom on the floor, used black light and there was urine stains on wall and floor broken and glued sink basin Bed - mattress to small for the bed frame that was made of some sort of tin. What appeared to be blood on the bed sham. … pillows weren’t hard they were soft - bed mattress itself was soft - linen passed the light test NO TOILETRIES (no shampoo, no soap, no hairdryer) Had to beg for a clean towel the ones that were left in the room for us to use were moldy And stained . Only was permitted 2 towels - 1 roll of Toilet paper. Thankfully there was a dollar General across the street NO COFFEE POT - they did have a small kettle in the lobby. It was out for 30 minutes, they refused to make more Limited channels on TV Check-in was simple once I got my key card to work, the door was tricky to use . JUST STAY ACROSS THE STREET AT Ramada!

The place was musty and moldy bottom level after 15 minutes in the room I was getting sick.I requested an upstairs room we went to check it out bugs crawling out from underneath everything we moved around it was later requested a refund I had to leave and find another motel at 11 pm which was hard to find.The young lady at the desk was very pleasant it was not her fault as I explained to her,I would never stay there again,Horrible experience.And if I were the young lady I would find another job.

There was dark spots coming thru white paint on walls, mold?? Around an outlet was lots of dark, burned? Mold? Tiles in bathroom had scum all over. The board under sink broken/falling apart.

Upon arrival, we waited about ten minutes for someone to greet us. Then he tried to say I owed some odd amount of money, even though I already fully paid on Expedia. He did not really say much when I questioned it, just gave me the room keys, so beware if someone is pocketing money, I am unsure on that. The room was awful. Had a weird smell, bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Floor was gross, toilet, everything. Walls were paper thin. Just a bad stay overall...
