Four Points by Sheraton York

I had a fantastic experience staying at the Four Points by Sheraton York and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed that made it easy to get a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the modern amenities and thoughtful touches that made my stay even more relaxing. The hotel itself is well-maintained and conveniently located, making it easy to explore York and the surrounding areas. The on-site dining options were excellent as well—great food and a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is a wonderful choice. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

In-door pool was full size, legit. You could do laps if you were into that. Hot tub was ok. The outdoor patio off the pool was a very nice surprise. Elevators are small and slow. I didn't eat at the hotel restaurant, but it looked fine. Easy on and off Interstate 83. Being on Route 30 lots of access to places to grab a quick meal/eat. I would stay again. Staff that we encountered were all friendly and helpful.

Everything was broken in this hotel. Elevators. Computers in the computer room. Phone in our room. Shower heads running water both from the top and bottom at the same time. I ordered the suite and the description and the photos on Expedia was inaccurate so we had to move to another room.

Clean. Roomy. Lots to do and explore. Smells fresh. Showers are so nice and relaxing. Beds are comfy. Food and gas close by! Hiking trail close, pool and hot tub are always on my list when i stay here. Nothing

Location is great Breakfast is good The room we were in had door issues. To me a big safety issue. The safety latch opened up when we closed the door and we could not get back into our room. We had to have maintenance come to help open the door. Luckily our child was with us and it wasnt a moment where I stepped into the hallway.

The hotel itself was nice. The pool and hot tub were the best thing about this hotel. The elevators were a 50/50 shot whether they would work or not. Many times we even got stuck for a minute or two on the elevators. The most disappointing thing was they advertised free breakfast on Expedia and Travelocity but that's a lie. I asked and they said no, free breakfast was not included with our stay even though when searching for a hotel I had the free breakfast filter checked.

The hotel is always clean and gives a sense of calm when I arrive. The staff is excellent aaand very helpful. And my family always loves the pool. We love this hotel!

The jacuzzi tub was a beautiful surprise I'm in cancer recovery and just had surgery on a tumor in my head so this was exceptionally helpful and beautiful.

Friendly & clean very relaxing stay

The staff was all very nice including the bartender, Debbie My room had a broken window covered in masking tape and a toilet that didn't flush. The bed had crumbs that looked like chips around it when I checked into the room
