Everything ok , nice space for seat for breakfast , but the good was not good , maybe wasn’t the best time for breakfast . Room was clean 👍⭐️

One of the two elevators is not working. Some of the staff is clueless, and some don't speak a word of English. The shelves and closet are tight and poorly designed. Light fixtures do not provide enough light in the room. On the plus side: clean, plenty of parking, convenient location next to a good diner and major roads, the room is spacious, USB ports / power outlets are plentiful and well-placed.

I would skip paying for the breakfast and recommend you go over to Round the Clock Diner. Proper York Co, PA staple for a good diner breakfast!! A/C wall unit in room is loud and cycles on & off all night long. I wasn’t impressed with the wall mount shampoo & body wash they supply. Bring your own stuff unless you wanna smell like a young man on the prowl… Musky The beds were pretty good and housekeeping did a nice job each morning while I was away. Pool & hot tub was in working order and was relatively not being overly used, however not many people seem to be booked over the Labor Day weekend 2026. Overall not a terrible stay, but I think I may try a different hotel on my next visit to York. Overall 2.5 out 5

I like the location of the hotel. The staff was my very professional and the hotel was very clean.

Great location for our bike riding to surrounding Hershey and Gettysburg. Upon check in we were asked to pay a deposit for each night. This was not known to us beforehand so we very unprepared. The staff was divided. One employee was very accommodating. The other only stated that it was hotel policy period. Not amenable to suggestions to other alternatives. We will not stay there again due to complications with extra damage deposits expected upon check-in that we were not aware of beforehand. Also, we did not have enough towels for our # of guests. And NO washcloths during the 3 night stay. Breakfast is an up charge as well.

This property was disgusting. We did not even stay the night checked in and checked right out, There was mold in our room the entire place smelled of marijuana. The front desk person was very helpful and quickly got us refunded and checked out.

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub! The hotel is clean. Make sure you ask to have your room cleaned if you're there more than one day. Overall great hotel.
