This is our go-to place when we stay in York (although we just moved here now, so... lol). It has a European vibe, which means clean, clean lines, and practical. Great breakfast bar and convenient location. Very comfy.

Room was quite small, but okay for a one night stay. Breakfast provided was just okay. Staff however were amazing, helpful, and kind. Very clean hotel.

Very friendly staff & very clean. The walls are so thin we could hear the conversations in the rooms around us. Our neighbors televisions kept us awake most of the night.

The room was clean. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast with the contactless pancake maker prevented waiting time. Just wave your hand and the machine did the rest 😂. Lots of parking. They had an amazing game set up in lobby and outside. I will definitely stay here again.

The only problem was the noise level. Soundproofing was minimal between rooms and we could hear word for word conversations between the occupants and the television of the room next door. We also heard the traffic from the highway which is about a quarter of a mile away. Breakfast would have been better if they had bacon because the sausage was not very good. It also would have been better with more fruit. Just not very interesting or satisfying. We always stay at Hilton hotels, and it was fine if you aren’t sensitive to noise. The issues I have outlined were not serious and the price was affordable, the personnel friendly and warm, and the modern vibe of the lobby and the rooms were just fine. Oh, almost forgot, the beds were comfortable!!! (Not an insignificant consideration.)

LOVE these hotels, especially all the shelving/areas for luggage, hooks, etc. in the room. Blinds were great! Also LOVE all the lobby space.
