Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham York

Terrible is an understatement, but less than 1 star was not available for a review rating !! Everything from a clean room to the staff and everything in between was to say unsatisfactory or less than stellar would be a gross understatement.

Rooms were clean beds were comfortable breakfast was ok 👍 they had waffles and bagels and fruit and yogurt, coffee , ☕️ not a bad stay I go back

Estaba increíble una muy buena experiencia, solo hubo un detalle al parecer las sábanas tenían manchas de sangre que no me habían dado cuenta hasta media noche pero lo deje pasar 4 estrellas solo por ese pequeño lnconveniente

The lady on the desk wasn’t very friendly

The door was freshly painted and it was very hard to open.

Its a good place to stay..

The lady that works in the office was very rude. The shower sprayed water everywhere. The people in the rooms around us were screaming and arguing so we got very little sleep. We will not come back.

The stay was good for a quick overnight stay. I would suggest bringing your own pillows if you’re particular about your pillows. We had 5 of us with only 4 very tiny pillows. We found some stains on the blankets as well. The toilet also kept on running on and off during the night every few minutes. Our stay was short so none of it was particularly a big deal especially since we arrived late at night and just wanted to get to bed, but it could’ve been better.

2nd shift check in clerk would not take two dollars in change to pay for a room. Money is money I had the rest in bills. No ice machines worked. Telephone in rooms did not work. I am a platinum wyhdalin rewards member did not want me to ever check in early. I am a senior they never offered me or gave me a discount when I asked. Second shift was very rude.

My room was Horrible I had to switch rooms how dirty the tub was back up and clogged with hair.. They change my room I go try get in the shower again the handle didn’t work. Then new room had dead bugs in it The way I was treated

Right after checking in realized this was not a safe place. Went to desk to cancel and person gave me an hard time to cancel. Finally cancelled but did not reimburse the money! Absolutely horrible place and staff!

This place was awful we booked online and didn’t arrive until a round 7pm when we got there they said our room wasn’t clean yet and to wait 10 minutes then we were told to wait another half hour so we went out to eat and came back around 9 pm still the room wasn’t clean and the lady at the desk was extremely rude

It had bed bugs and I got bite all over my body

The lady from the front desk moved us to a newer room. It was okay. If you can spend a little more and go to a better place.

The fruit on the breakfast bar was old and should not have been out there. The ice maker on the ground floor wasn’t even working, very inconvenient location and didn’t seem to be addressed? Whole east coast in a awful heat wave/advisory! I’m handicapped and couldn’t get a handicap room with two beds.

The breakfast was laughable. No pool as advertised. I couldnt even get a towel from the front desk they told me to go hunt down their house keeper and I had to give dirty ones bk first. I'm like wtf I wanna shower now.. the one lady wasn't rude, not overly friendly but not bad. but the other lady the 2nd day I was there was horrid .. so rude and ridiculous. Staff, room was missing basics, wasn't the cleanest, no pool as advertised (one of reasons I got the dam room), so much more..
