It's fine for the price. A little loud next to 30 but that should be expected

We were a party of 4, but there were only 2 sets of towels. When I inquired for more towels, I was told that management did not keep them stocked in that location. With a bit of pressuring, I was able to get 1 additional towel.

The lady in the front desk was so very helpful and 100% cooperative in taking care of my request. Thank you !!

The bed had a huge stain on the mattress and there was no fridge. The molding was fixed in the bathroom with card board. The price was way too high for what we got.

I like the fact that the agent switched my room due to me not having a fridge. I went in saw the fridge was not available and left my things in the lady's place next to me until I returned the keys, because I thought i was going to remain upstairs. I did not know the lady but she was nice enough to let me leave my things, unfortunately for me, my new room was downstairs When I tried to rent a room a week later I was told I was banned from the Hotel, I've heard many stories from the agents but I have absolutely no idea what any of them are talking about. But this is not new for me. My identity was stolen by Sullivan County police May 2025 after I requested an investigation into them harassing me and making me afraid for my life after I'd moved into the county to retire. Since then I've left out of fear, became homeless after paying my rent for 7 years on time and wound up in York Shelters. Today all of my accounts, pictures of me, internet, emails are duplicated. I am a retired compliance officer, HIPAA officer, records manager and worked for the FDA amongst other roles. My career has been about having employee's follow procedures & honesty. Cleanliness, and health and safety, I was accused of trashing a room. This is not in my nature to do something like this. I have been extremely bothered by this as I have never been advised to be removed or banned from a facility. I was also banned from the Hotel across from Hotel 6 rt30 for absolutely no reason. Stranger things has happened since fleeing for my safety. I am followed, stalked and pictured everywhere I go, they shine headings on me. Follow me into hotels, my job, etc... so whatever happened or was told about me, is not true. I have done nothing wrong, I do not have a criminal, drug, mental or alcohol records of any kind. I am being abused by the police and kept from safety so that they are able to watch me and have me concentrate on my current conditions, which is homelessness. You have no idea what I've been through and if anything was told to you, please report it. This message is so that I keep track of what has transpired in my life since being stalked by the police.

The people were nice to talk to great area.\n We noticed that the police came through the parking lot. That was nice. was well maintained. When I first got there, I had to clean the tub. I mean scrub the tub, I had to wipe down the floors.\n I used their wash RAG.\n There was a problem with me dirtying a RAG. To clean the floor but it was taken care of.\n Please anyone visiting clean the floor and the entire bathroom.

Nothing That staff is allowed to prioritize their movies/phones while I’m actively trying to get their attention

Dirty room dirty towels sheets were dirty and had cigarettes smell and holes in the sheets. When I asked for clean sheets and sheets with no holes I was told there was nothing they can do about it.

So many burn holes in the sheets and blankets. Gross.

The rooms are very dirty and has roaches they need a whole new upgrade

Very cozy and private. Bed is comfortable and i slept like an angel, perfect for a few nights stay. Would rate 3.5 or 4 out of 5 stars. My go to motel honestly! Room 321 is my favorite! Spiders in bathroom, blankets are really thin and pillows are really flat. But nothing too too major!

Location ,, price Room dirty , property dirty cigarette butts all over. No soap in the room. No clock . No fridge.
