Motel 6 York, PA

The room was very nice and clean overall. The only issue is that the ice machine wasn't working and the lady we checked in with was fairly rude, but besides that, good experience.

It was terrible mode in the bathroom.Shower curtain was moldy.\nWas stained towels?Look , thirty dirty and dingy will not come back

Bed sheets were stained. Towels were stained. Found tick on the bed. Dead june bugs, they were not roaches. Notified staff, lady was very rude, said we brought them in and they cant control what the guests bring in the rooms. Ask for management and she said were all franchise now. Very disappointed

When asked about a new sheet to put on, the staff at the front said they don't have sheets, when told they'd contact their manager I got no follow up at all. I didn't even use the blanket as it was covered in hair and that alone was a bit disgusting. As for washing up in the shower, there was only a bar of skin drying soap so I did not feel at all refreshed after the shower. AC was great though.

Only issue I had was I was given a smoking room but did not bother to go change it.

Desde que llegamos nos entregaron una habitación completamente sucia, fuimos a recepción y tuvieron que cambiarnos la habitación y cuando entramos a la otra habitación, la habitación olía a moho y tenía las sábanas sucia y llamamos a recepción para que nos cambiaran las sábanas y nos dijeron que no es posible, la cual tuvimos que abandonar el hotel por mal higiene

My hotel room blankets had stains on them. I had a king size bed and it only had 3 flat pillows on it. Then the bathroom tub had paint peeled off. I requested a new rag and was told he could see what he could do and they don’t have many extra then never called me back nor did house keeping come. Speaking of house keeping nobody came from the time I came to the time I left. Aside from this my stay was good considering they had shops, food and stores nearby.

Loxation is fine, the Restroom was not.good. the bathtub and seat of the toilet bowl were discolored.

Don’t have towels and the staff don’t clean the bedroom

Towels were not nice, hair on the all over the beds. Overall not a good experience.

This was a comfy place to stay and they did let me check in a little earlier which I appreciate. There are many updates/upgrades needed tho, no microwave or refrigerator in our room was a little inconvenient but I was only in town for a night so it was ok. Also the shower was very rough shape.

Shower didn't work, when brought up to staff didn't get moved rooms or discount or anything

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Mice in rooms, mouse droppings all over floor, dirty sheets, AC didn’t work in one room it was 85 degrees in our room, changed rooms and that AC worked better but still never completely cooled room down. Evening front desk guy was very nice and helpful. The women who worked in the morning was atrocious! I am a travel nurse and had worked overnight, called in the morning asking for a late check out and I was told i could only have an extra 15 minutes, when I went down to complain about room conditions she accused me of stealing a wash cloth and hand towel, gross, i informed her I had to use them to block holes in the walls where mice were coming in and out of. She would not let me speak to a manager or call give me a number for corporate. She was rude, unapologetic and unhelpful.

It's fine for the price. A little loud next to 30 but that should be expected

We were a party of 4, but there were only 2 sets of towels. When I inquired for more towels, I was told that management did not keep them stocked in that location. With a bit of pressuring, I was able to get 1 additional towel.

The lady in the front desk was so very helpful and 100% cooperative in taking care of my request. Thank you !!
