I had a four-night stay, and everything was wonderful. The location is good, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfat was nice, and the bed was comfy. Everything was clean, and the free parking is always a plus.

The staff was extremely helpful and personable. The housekeeping staff actually worked and it showed throughout the hotel!! The breakfast and staff was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The overall facility was updated and beautifully decorated. We will definitely stay there again when in York, PA!

Everything nice and clean we got 2 rooms and bed was comfortable. Also breakfast was really good tho. Staff was nice and friendly. I totally recommend.

The property was dirty, the hot water barely got warm, the elevator felt like it was going to fall, the carpet in the lobby, looked like you would stick to it if you walked across it, and the room in general was not very clean

Loud road next to room. Shower pressure is very hard. Ice machine empty on our floor. Huge potholes in road outside.

Conviently located and exceptionally clean smelling. Room was updated and cozy. Would definetly return.

I had to stand and wait almost 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk, and for someone with a disability that makes it hard to walk and stand, that’s too long. Also when I asked for a first floor room or an accessible room they had none
