Curious clean and on point

It was easy to find parking and check in. The breakfast was good the next morning and the food was fresh, although the bananas were still mostly green. There were some random hairs in the bathtub but otherwise the room was clean and stocked with everything we needed.

Enjoyed the stay.

Property declining. Bleach spots on hallway carpet. Front desk staff loudly talking about frustrations with another staff member during breakfast time. Breakfast is meh—eggs were really watery.

The staff was very pleasant to deal with.

The hotel itself was in decent condition. However, the rooms were not maintained well. There was also dogs barking all stay. It was good for a quick stay nothing more

Convienent

It was convenient. It seemed clean and the staff was friendly Our second stay in the week, the room wasn’t as nice has our second floor room. It did not have a chair other than the desk chair.

We've stayed here many times, being one of the first customers when they first opened. The location is 10 out of 10. The property itself is 9 out of 10. They need to do some upkeep inside. Our room was pretty good except - the bathroom shower needs attention. Needs new caulking and a thorough deep cleaning. The refrigerator in our room sounded like Darth Vadar ALL night. It took a bit to get the AC regulated, but we finally did. The most annoying thing was our room key - we had to get it replaced all 3 days we were there. They kept saying "you can't put it near electronics like your phone" - we didn't!! It was an easy fix, BUT they needed BOTH cards each time, it was just a hassle when you're trying to get into your room after a long day. We will return for sure, but this was our experience THIS visit.

We had a fantastic time in York. The hotel staff were great, breakfast was timely and the cookies were delicious

The amenities stated that the property has a pool NO POOL I WAS TOLD IT CLOSED FOR COVID N NEVER REOPENED I was very disappointed I choose the property because it had a pool I would not have booked this property if I new this ahead of time. Also breakfast wasn't filled n coffee empty I got an eye roll from the server

Staff were so nice. It was filthy. They have full time residents living in the hotel that are up all hours of the night going up and down the staircase to go outside to smoke, slamming doors. See pictures. DISGUSTING. I don't know if my room was used for a porn movie or was a murder scene. Maybe both.

Very thin walls and floors, led us to hear lots of noaises.
