Great breakfast very comfortable Everything

Overall the hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was great. I loved the room. My only complaint is we were there from Friday to Monday and no one ever cleaned our room, changed towels or emptied the garbage. I went to the front desk for items like towels and toilet paper and they told us it would be cleaned but it never was.

room was a large size there was no soap in the bathroom. The shower soap bottles were low on soap so it was a struggle to get to them. Breakfast was poor and the overall feel of the hotel was shabby

We liked the great breakfast. Exit stairwells were not vacuumed and were dark. The room was very nice. Staff answered questions if we had them. Pool and fitness room were nice added touches to the stay.

The staff at this hotel were amazing. They were all very helpful during our stay.
-
Cleanliness was not very high, I believe they were short staffed. Sticky floors, overflowing bins, no cleaning of our room. Also the service isn’t great, I am still waiting for resolution two months after we checked out (for the refund of money the manager agreed to provide us).
