Your Motel

Your Motel is a place to sleep. Very simple. A bed and a toilet. Inexpensive. Just what I needed. TV didn't work well.

Very comfortable stay for the price.

Incredible deal for a $60/night motel, and it definitely saved me money on university travels considering I have a 90 minute commute! Would stay again, 100%!

Rooms are dated and in need of remodeling but one does spend most of the time in them with your eyes closed.

I wish the television remote worked better. Water temp control could have been better, too.

Didn't have bed bugs! Smart TV with Wifi that supported my streaming remote. Didn't smell of smoke. More comfortable bed. Bed wasn't super comfortable sheets were clean by the comforter had holes in it and what looked like cigarette burns. The pillows, pillows cases and towels weren't clean but I travel with my own. The tub had a very slow drain. There was ice buildup in the mini fridge.

Grungy carpets and chair. Bathroom was bare and lighting was stark with uncovered light bulb. The tv was a bit larger than a postage stamp. Shady would be appropriate. I feared I’d encounter insects. I dared not sit in the chair. If it hadn’t been late I wouldn’t have stayed.

Some new, fluffy towels would be a nice addition.

I booked this establishment through expedia , and when I arrived at The front desks to check-in.They told me they do not accept third party reservations and if I wanted to stay at the hotel , I would have to pay the room price in cash which I did not have , because I had already used a third party site

Staff super nice Room was clean but old and stained linens. I would defiantly return though

We didn’t even end up staying it seemed so sketchy/not clean. We booked this motel through Booking.com after attending the Morgan Wallen concert 7/24/26. The staff was nice but when we got to our room there was hair in the bathroom, stained sheets, extremely musty and the bed was rock hard. We did check for bed bugs and did not find any (at least not that we saw) My husband and I did not feel safe nor comfortable at all and ended up leaving 5 minutes after checking out our room. It also didn’t help that I was 6 months pregnant and if I slept on that bed I would’ve been in so much pain. We were unable to get a refund since we booked through a third party, so that was very unfortunate but now we know for future reference.

2 dead fly bodies on the ground in bathroom. Very smelly room when just opened the door. Bath room way too small with poor maintenance. Very doubt why it got rating 7-8.0 from customer reviews.

I like the cool room and hot showers

My room was very cozy and the staff at the front desk were so welcoming! I'm so glad I found this affordable and convenient spot to rest during a quick trip to the area. Very convenient location, and I really loved the beautiful flowers out front!

This is an older basic motel. A/C temp reading was off but when I lowered it, it worked great. Bed was quite firm, pillows had a variety of thicknesses which was nice. I would stay again. The staff was friendly and easy to deal with.

Price and location No Kleenex, no cups, no breakfast, no coffee, no clock, no room to turn around with my trailer.

Nice room comfortable bed

Been nice if they turned on the AC before we arrived at 9:30pm. It was as hot as a SE Michigan hayloft probably 95 degrees when we arrived. I would certainly consider it again, good location,and they clearly care here aside from AC. Ypsilanti is a great authentic Michigan city of its own, no BS in Ypsi!
