Hampton Inn & Suites Ypsilanti

Very long wait for check-in due to no one at the front desk. 15 minutes of an empty lobby, I worked for Hilton for years and the standard is to have someone at the desk at all times especially peak times (like check-in). When I finally got to the room there were cleaning supplies left behind (wet paper towel, pieces of plastic bags etc). The hotel was also very loud with pretty constant loud banging that was not slamming doors, not sure what it was. Construction maybe. Would not stay there again.

The hotel was newer and comfortable. Stayed there three nights and each morning's breakfast was a little worse. Disappointed breakfast on a Saturday started at 7 as we had a train to catch. All in all, a good location, solid rooms, clean bathroom. Good hotel for the price.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The room and the property were both very clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was great. I would stay again if in the area.

Breakfast items were below par with comparable hotels; pool did not open until 8:00 AM, which kept me from an early morning swim.

Breakfast is good--but too many of the options cannot be eaten by people who need to eat gf. And that is why they I'm giving them a 4 and not a 5.

The hotel and our room were so clean! Spotless. The breakfast was great too. No complaints whatsoever.

Trouble with the air conditioner. Had to ask twice to have some help with hot room.

Great hotel

The staff were friendly and as helpful. The amenities were adequate. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The small outdoor patio area was closed off, so that was a disappointing as we wanted to be outside. We didn't get the room we paid for, but were told because we booked through Expedia, nothing could be done. Parking was good.

Everything was in walking distance food, laundry, ect. Will go bk again if I ever am in Ann Arbor Ypsilanti Michigan.

Everything was wonderful, the staff, the cleanliness the front desk clerk Larry was very helpful and nice. I sold come again. I love the Hampton! ❤️

Very clean and well kept and the staff we had interacted with were amazing. The toilets are very low for us tall people not easy to use.

I thought my stay was great for that class of hotel.
