Engine SMS Terms and Conditions

Program Description

Engine (the "Service") offers one-time identity verification and account security alerts via SMS. By opting into the Service, you are consenting to receive a text message containing a verification code to confirm your identity and secure your account.

Message Frequency

You will receive one (1) message per request. Message frequency is transactional and triggered only by user actions, such as signing up, logging in, or resetting a password.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Supported Carriers

The Service is available on all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-Out (Stop)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number from which you received your code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you one final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-initiate a verification request.
