Webinar attendance incentive terms and conditions

Effective Date: January 30, 2026

1. Promotion Overview

1.1. The Webinar Attendance Promotion (the "Promotion") is offered by HotelEngine, Inc., d/b/a Engine ("Engine," "we," "us," or "our") to qualifying customers who book eligible group travel through the Engine platform.

1.2. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as Engine's standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference Any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Service, these Terms and Conditions shall control.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Promotion is open to any existing Engine customer who registers for and attends the Engine Webinar (the "Webinar") being held March 4, 2026, at 12 pm MT

2.2. Excluded Parties: Employees of Engine and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

3. Incentive

3.1. There will be ten (10) randomly selected winners of the Promotion. Winners will receive $100 in Sendoso credits each, which may be used in the Sendoso Marketplace.

3.2. Winners will receive their credits within 48 hours of the webinar start time

4. Limitations and Restrictions

4.1. Incentive Limitations:

  • Maximum of one reward per attendee
  • Use of Sendoso credits is subject to Sendoso's Terms and Conditions

5. Compliance and Conduct

5.1. Participants must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Engine policies.

5.2. Engine reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Violates these Terms and Conditions
  • Engages in fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Attempts to manipulate the Promotion

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All materials, logos, and branding associated with the Promotion remain the property of Engine.

6.2. Participant grant Engine permission to use their name and event details for promotional purposes related to this campaign.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

7.1. Limitation of Liability: Engine's total liability under this Promotion shall not exceed the value of the incentive received by the participant.

7.2. Disclaimer: Engine makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the rewards or their fitness for a particular purpose.

7.3. Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold Engine harmless from any claims arising from their participation in the Promotion.

8. Data Protection

8.1. All personal and organizational data collected in connection with this Promotion will be processed in accordance with Engine's Privacy Policy.

8.2. By participating, you consent to Engine's collection and use of your information for Promotion administration and marketing purposes.

9. Modifications

9.1. Engine reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be effective upon posting to the Engine website.

9.2. Continued participation in the Promotion after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Disputes

11.1. THIS PROMOTION IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND COLORADO, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Denver, Colorado having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Promotion), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

12. Severability

12.1. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

13.1. These Terms and Conditions, together with Engine's standard Terms of Service, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Boosted by Engine Promotion.

By participating in the Webinar Attendance Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
