They got my room changed

Exceptional

Room was clean and staff was helpful

Do NOT stay here!! Although the location is great, nothing else is! If you are local or live within an hour of Abilene, you will be FORCED to pay a $200 CASH deposit!! They don't state that on here or on their website! On top of that, our room was nasty! It smelled, the carpets were sticky, there was weird stains on the walls, and the tub looked like it had mold around it. Avoid at all costs!!

Dirty

Breakfast coffee was ok. Our room was #228. There is a toothbrush stuck in the sink drain. The toilet was slow to flush. Had to hold the handle down about 15 secs to flush. Accidentally tripped the heater and smelled burning hair, uck! The TV wasn't working when we walked in. I fixed it (someone had disconnected the video box from the TV. It wasn't tough, but that's not the point, I shouldn't have to.

I liked being able to drive right up to the door of our room. It was in disrepair.

I stay at Days Inns often and have never seen one this bad. The room was ok, but the TV didn't even work, nor did the phones in the room or the lamps. The reception area door was wide open for however long and flies were everywhere. I have to travel to Abilene every quarter moving forward but for sure won't be staying at this Days Inn ever again. It looks scary from outside as well.

The location was great The bed was super hard

Ac had black mold all over the vents, hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Carpets stained. Staff gave me a different room. Ac ok. Carpets also very stained. Property is old and in need of repairs. Poor water pressure. Would not stay again. Staff was accommodating

The hotel was everything we hoped it would be. The description and photos are spot on. Very clean, very comfortable, everything worked great and very friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again

Good

TV controls did not work. Staff could not fix problem. Breakfast not very good.

We also felt unsafe during our stay. Several guests were gathered outside drinking and being loud until around 11:00 p.m., and I noticed empty whiskey bottles in the area. The carpet and lampshades were visibly dirty, adding to the poor overall condition of the room. This was the worst hotel accommodation we have experienced. I am very disappointed and do not believe this property meets the standards that should be associated with the Wyndham name.
