Staff was great

Facilities was fine just old and had pigeons nested on my room porch or balcony. Everyone seemed overwhelmed with new computer system. I saw several people go down the road because of the room prices and confusion.

The staff was amazing and always extremely helpful

This place is not nice. It's so so so super outdated and I still somehow paid $263/night in Abilene Texas. I will not be staying here again. Check-in was slow. I stepped outside my door at 8:45a and the door shut behind me and my key was already disabled so I had to go to the front desk in my Pjs. Just, no.

Staff was accomodating allowed early check in Bistro staff as well. Comfy bed and pillows. Pool area nice. Entire place needs updating and attention to detail.

The Bistro was not open at 8:00 as advertised; so I went down street to nearest Whataburger. Parking lot seemed to be in somewhat a state of disrepair; perhaps too many cold winters? Handicap parking was visible but paint wearing out.

I think i was charged by booking.com and again at hotel. If im not reimbursed by Monday I will be making phone calls Having $ 600 out of my bank account for a 7 hour hotel.stay

No complementary breakfast

I didn’t get up early enough to have breakfast because I slept so well. Every member of the staff was friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. The room was clean and cool for the evening.
