As always, Tessie has the best breakfast food service I have ever seen in a hotel. She is the best customer service person I have ever encountered and she and Tabatha, always over many stays, have gone beyond the norm to make EVERYONE feel at home and well taken care of... They interact with all the guest in a very meaningful way. They could actually train others, I sure, to be successful in the same way.

I am sending rave reviews of this property! The cleanliness was superb! The grounds were beautifully maintained! And the staff…well lets just say that everyone was beyond helpful, ALWAYS had a wonderful dispositiin and were more than welcoming. It seemed that they all loved their jobs and wanted to do everything they could to make our stay pleasurable. I even had conversatuins with the cleaning staff which is not typical! I will always stay here when i am in the area! Such a great experience!!

I liked the helpful staff from the start. Good employees for sure. I also liked that i could bring my pet. Unfortunately a dislike was swimming pool not being here. I didn't think to look but never imagined a hilton hotel without one until now. The cabinet was door was broken in the room as well upon arrival. We opened it for the fridge and it just basically fell off. You could tell it wasn't attached to the hinge for a while now.

The beds were horrible you could feel every spring in the mattress. Worst sleep of my life and I had to stay for 2 nights.
