Rooms were clean, Front desk was great, & great breakfast.

There was a huge mixup in what we thought we had reserved versus our room....ended up in a suite so accomodations were great to say the least but was unable to correct the mistake ahead of the cancellation date.i

The room was clean and a nice size. The breakfast was free, but it was low quality and bland I was charged for parking after my stay. There was no mention or charge for this when I booked, paid, and checked in/out. Nor was I emailed about the charge. It just showed up on my credit card a few days later. It was a standard parking lot with no gates or barriers as is with most hotels, so i do not understand why they charge for parking after the fact. The charge was removed after I called to complain, but I did not appreciate adding on fees after my stay. That is very shady.

The foldout bed was dirty and therebwere stains on the ceiling, also smelled old.

Everything matched just fine for one night staying with family members and two service dogs.

Check in was easy, room was clean, breakfast was suitable. The guy at the checkout desk could've been friendlier but other than that it was great.

Nice, clean room with comfortable bed. Great location close to restaurants and Abilene Christian and Hardin-Simmons Universities.

The TV didn't work well. The ice maker didn't work and the new staff person didn't know how to fix it. He did bring us ice from down the hall. Half the outlets in the kitchen didn't work.

I love staying at the Residence Inn in Abilene. I like the facility and all it has to offer. The staff is very professional and friendly.
