Well maintained in a safe location. Did not have crib for baby/toddler.

The room smelled moldy

The rooms does not match the photos on line, the carpet is dark and dirty. The bathroom walls are dirty and there is mould around the top of the shower. The paint is flaking off the pool making it not usable. The breakfast was horrible with little to choose from. The door to our room would not close all the way leaving at gap at the top and bottom of the door. We when out for a little while and when we came back cleaners had cleaned our room but left our door open. We had to do to the front desk several times asking for toilet paper and clean towels. There was water issues while we stayed, we had no access to water for several hours and no access to hot water for about a day. There was no warning or messages from the manager about this issues. The front desk person. Did offer to move us to another room but it was 11pm at night. The outside ground were clean and the workers we nice. I would not stay here again. I asked for a discount from the front desk and the worker got aggressive with me.

For the price, we weren't expecting the Ritz-Carlton, and overall our stay was acceptable. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming and the room itself was clean. That said, there were several maintenance issues. We stayed in Room 218, and the phone continuously emitted a loud busy signal even though it was properly on the receiver. We eventually had to unplug it to get it to stop. The television was crooked because the stand appeared to be broken and the remote had to be replaced by hotel staff because it wasn't working. We also experienced electrical issues in the vanity and bathroom area. The lights, switches and outlets would repeatedly trip whenever more than one light was on or the exhaust fan was running. We had to keep resetting the GFCI outlet throughout our stay, which became frustrating. While the staff was courteous and helpful, the room could definitely benefit from some maintenance and repairs. Broken items need to be replaced.

A few gnats in our room. Light would not turn 100% off (like it was on a dimmer).

Pleasant

Shower was extraordinary. Room was comfortable. Did not like the bed. Too soft.

When we walked into room, several hairs were in shower that was still wet from someone using it. The pool was painted with what looked like house paint, the chemicals from the paint were literally floating on the surface of the water. We left immediately

We had such a peaceful pleasant stay and the swimming pool was amazing 👏

The staff was wonderful! Always friendly and helpful when you need something. The property could use renovations. Carpets need replacing and pool needs resurfaced. Other than that, great stay!

PJ- the concierge at the location was extraordinary. So professional. Top rated staff, breakfast was also a great choice, refills was always handy. I wish the pool areas was a bit more private .

The pool was terrible. Although the water was clean the liner was some type of paint on liner and it was bubbled up all over and peeling off. Some bubbles had green algae in then. Very disappointing considering a pool was one of the stipulations i was shopping for when booking a place to stay.

We stay here every time we visit this area for sports. No issues whatsoever. This is a great value
