Location was good Air conditioning was not on in room. It didn’t get cool in room all night.

Room could be cleaner. Sheets had hair.

The property & the rooms could use a bit of an update & there’s a few minor repairs needed but overall it’s clean & comfortable.

Management needs to be nicer more attentive to guests and not so rude

This location is being converted from old motel to updated hotel and the accommodations are looking

I liked the hotel was near the event I was attending. It was easy check-in and check-out. I was a solo female traveler and was initially given a room at the back parking lot near a wooded area. I requested a different room because I did not feel safe once I parked and walked up the stairs to my room. There are three separate buildings with rooms. I was move to the first building in the front instead of the third building in the back. The hotel needs updating. Also, it’s a nightmare driving up the parking lot’s very steep hill and waiting for traffic to pass. I was stuck waiting at the peak of the hill.

Did not try the breakfast. The floors were gritty and dirty. There was trash left behind the toilet that was not removed. Hair was everywhere, the sheets floors shower walls. The housekeeping staff dropped a washcloth on the ground outside my door and handed it to me to use. There were cigarette holes burned into the blankets. The toilet was lose and not sturdy. There was hair and dirt in the toilet seat crevices. Road noise was very loud and the crack under the door was very wide. Cigarette smoke came in the room from people on the balcony hanging out smoking and drinking.

It was a great location! Our floor was duct taped was and there was a homeless man hanging around.

Could have had more selection.

Dead roach dried to the floor. You could definitely tell it had been on there a while. Not to mention the musty smell and mildew.

I was told I had to bring my papers the next time I came for my service dog that is not allowed they can ask me what my dog does for me but they cannot demand they see my paperwork

Very comfortable everyone is friendly There are some regulars that play really loud music

It’s was good nice comfy bed and the outside area was clean

The staff was incredibly helpful. Made us feel like we were staying at their house. Older place but very clean. Make sure you look at the rooms because there are smoking rooms as well as non.

Breakfast isn’t much, road is very noisy
