Hotel Deerfield Inn & Suites Acworth Atlanta

There’s only 3 good things I can say about my stay here. The water pressure I the shower was fantastic! The size of the room was huge and the AC worked great! As for everything else these roaches everywhere! All the bad: Burn holes in the comforter, roaches, water damage in the floors, roaches, the place needs a major renovation it’s like I stepped back into the 90s, roaches, I had to wear my crocs in the shower it looked so gross, roaches, on my last night I heard a blood curdling scream and in under 10 minutes 2 cops were outside and the roaches! I emptied a can of hotshot over the course of my 4 night stay. If I had other options I wouldn’t have staid at all.

All

Bad

we didn’t stay we pulled in and left the whole ituation

Good

Very poor

Exceptional

Nothing at all Rude front desk host , non friendly and absolutely disrespectful . He would not provide manager phone number or refund our room along with being completely unprofessional and insulting. All the rooms were disgusting and smelled like smoke and mildew . Deplorable conditions and I didn't stay more than 10 minutes in the room and spent hours arguing with a terrible manager.

Bad

Some crazies around lol

Location and seclusion, in the middle of everything but hidden off the road enough Some crazies around lol

Nothing Scary area

Nothing but location Service was way below acceptable and key card did not work properly. Couldn’t stay the night cause of the card. A total loss for me because no refunds. Terrible. DO NOT BOOK

Had bed bugs me and my granddaughter and grandson was ate up bye bedbugs

Everything

Nothing Everything

Staff shouldnt lie about what kind of rooms they have.reason I say this is because I booked a double bed room and when I got there was told all they have at the hotel is single bed rooms no double beds

The place and the people staying at the hotel appeared to be in drugs or selling drugs. For $31 a night, I still would not stay there. The smell of the room was something out of a horror film.

Booked a double bed and paid for it it was for people when we arrived at the property was informed the only have single beds

Disappointing
