Hotel Deerfield Inn & Suites Acworth Atlanta

Nothing at all Rude front desk host , non friendly and absolutely disrespectful . He would not provide manager phone number or refund our room along with being completely unprofessional and insulting. All the rooms were disgusting and smelled like smoke and mildew . Deplorable conditions and I didn't stay more than 10 minutes in the room and spent hours arguing with a terrible manager.

Staff shouldnt lie about what kind of rooms they have.reason I say this is because I booked a double bed room and when I got there was told all they have at the hotel is single bed rooms no double beds

The place and the people staying at the hotel appeared to be in drugs or selling drugs. For $31 a night, I still would not stay there. The smell of the room was something out of a horror film.

I reserved a room but I didn't stay there because when I arrived during the time window I specified they were sold out so I had to go to the other property next door that is also owned by the same owner and pay a lot higher price I had no choice.

The manager was really sweet and understanding. The room was disgusting. Cigarette burns in the comforter. Blood on the pillow case and mold on the ac unit.

For the price it’s absolutely a good pick, some things in the room had seen better days BUT nothing was dirty and everything was working like it was supposed to. Patel at the front also did a great job with helping get whatever it was that I needed so give that man a raise. To be honest, the security. The doors lock well but the camera wires are easily reachable right outside 271. And also we could hear some guests hollering sometimes at night from outside i don’t know what about. Also in 271 they need to fix this, if you have all the bathroom light, the mirror light, and the bathroom fan on, the breaker will trip and turn all three off mid shower?
