The place was very run down and tired looking from weeds growing in the parking lot to old carpet. It was clean, but needs to be updated. Property upkeep

The location was good for us. We were headed to the Great Sand Dunes for the day so it worked for us. It is very dated. For the price I was surprised

Husband enjoyed it. It was set up beautifully, but I couldn't eat anything without worrying it may upset my stomach. Offer more allergy free options. Unfortunately, I had to get breakfast elsewhere since I am allergic to any pork product and have a dairy intolerance.

The location is okay as it is closer to Sand dunes. It’s 35-40 min away from Sand dunes. Staff were very bad. Not welcoming at all. We reached around 9PM and the floor in the room was sandy. When we called front office, he came and cleaned it tho. The breast fast was hopeless. There was no bread, eggs,fruits. There were no breakfast options.there were only 2-3 processed food options.

This hotel had the best bathroom!! Very roomy to get a wheelchair in, turned around and out. The shower had a fold down chair for easy transfer from wheelchair to shower. What I really liked is the water pressure was fantastic, and the water did not go all over the room - it stayed in the shower. I can not say enough good things about this room. I loved our stay here. ❤️

Coffee was good. I did not want "Convince Store" breakfast sandwich. Some fresh fruit would have been good. Air Conditioner was too noisy to be used at night. Everything else was great!

Only complaint (and I’m kinda a coffee snob)😂 I had to go to McDonalds for coffee 😂Honestly it was all very enjoyable and I’d book it again.

Breakfast was non existent. Packed food while cheaper for Days Inn was not attractive and forced us to eat somewhere else. Room accommodation was good even if the bathroom was very small

Staff was amazing. Rooms were clean. Def worth its value. There was nothing I didn’t like. It met our standards.
