Toilets sometimes wouldn't flush. Main lightbulb burned out. Dated shower/bathtub. Fan blew directly on bed.

Staff was excellent. Landscaping was amazing for climate. Pool & hot tub was also great. Breakfast bar was kept very well stocked.

We like the professional and friendly work ethic that the young lady has in the front office. She is very helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Everything works well in the room as well. We also enjoy the little courtyard outside the office. It’s a nice touch. The breakfast is also very good and comfortable The only thing that we had a small issue with is that the beds could be a little more comfortable and we didn’t know how the tv works. We are a bit old school

Lots of hot water and the ac worked great.

Tub/shower safety, there were no non slip strips on the bottom of the bathtub and no grab bars inside of the shower space. There was one vertical bar outside of the shower at faucet end of tub. Ok for getting out, not while showering!

Breakfast was good. Got in late and staff was able to give us a 1st floor room for senior mom. Hot tub wasn't working.

You get what you pay for-old run down and stained

The pool/hot tub were amazing but then the hot tub motor broke our last day so that was a bummer. The pool is cold but tolerable once the shock wears off. The bathtub was a bit wild as the floor bubbled up so it was like standing on a waterbed. The breakfast was decent.
