Very clean and comfortable. We had a 2 queen room with pull out sofa, top floor corner, and it was a nice size. Great stay! Only thing was our room’s sink needs maintenance. It drained extremely slow. Breakfast was okay, coffee was great.

We took advantage of the laundry and the breakfast during our stay and they were both very good. I found the room a bit small as there was very little room to access the beds from either wall. However, the beds were comfortable.

Was at this property 36 hours with no WiFi the last 24hrs. Needed WiFi the second day there in order to work ☹️. As we were checking out noticed a sign on the pool that it would be closed that entire day. Beautifully maintained property- appears to be newish. Staff was very nice. They have a Weber grill out back available for use by guests. They do have a laundry room which was a plus for us. There is just one washer and one dryer but while there I didn’t notice anyone else use it besides myself.

Newer hotel away from town ....yet convenient to Great Sand Dunes NP. Nice stay for our short trip........great breakfast and plenty of parking.

Great value. Clean, new hotel

By booking.com, I was charged. They said booking didn't pay them and made me pay again. I need my refund from booking. I was not allowed to stay there, and they said locals aren't allowed there. They refused to let me stay. Were rude to me when I asked why I was being charged twice charged twice. Threw me out and said get out when I asked who the owner of the hotel is? I alerted my bank, but have not received my refund

The staff could not have been nicer. Very friendly and they gave us a great recommendation for dinner. We had a terrific time downtown. They also were really helpful and gave us cleaning supplies to help clean mud from our windows after we went through some back roads. I highly recommend this place. Good breakfast, too!

The rooms are nice no weord smells or anything. The pool is small but but clean and it is enough to let the kids burn off some energy after a long drive.

All staff were great. Delicious coffee and hot breakfast items.
