Our room was nice, and though the bed was very comfortable, was too high requiring a short step stool. The TV was a bit quirky trying to get to the regular cable channels but had many other apps so it wasn't a big deal. Breakfast was good, The manager on duty throughout our 4 day stay, Matt, was extremely helpful and friendly.

New and very clean
-
The pool was warm and just the right size for our family but would have been crowded with more people.

Breakfast was great!!! Bathroom exhaaust fan not working

Gross and DIRTY!!!

Room was clean but needs a little tlc. The Celine’s fan only had 3 blades, and the ac unit worked but it made a lot of noise. The microwave didn’t work but other than that the bed was good. The breakfast was typical dry cereal, juices, yogurt, and waffle machine. The pool didn’t look clean but was not used.

My husband,71, and I,66, stayed for two nights at Super 8 in alamosa. He went to the front desk to ask for additional towels since ours were wet. The desk clerk didn't want to oblige, asked how many people were in the room(just 2) and wouldn't clean the room as my husband requested. He gave him some towels, turned around and swore at my husband. My husband heard him & asked him to repeat it again. The clerk should be FIRED for being DISRESPECTFUL of guests. He's a TERRIBLE representative to the Super 8 franchise. We'll NEVER return and keep telling others of our experience. I hope management takes action about this individual.

Room was clean. Stay was nice

The sheets and towels appeared as though they had never been washed. The shower was broken, and the bathtub was dirty and poorly maintained. This was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. I would not recommend this place to anyone and strongly advise others to avoid booking this stay.

The room was nice size, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the standard 2 star hotel fare.

Location Room was dirty when we arrived. They had to come back in to clean. We were only given 3 towels even though there were 4 of us. They gave us no rags. Internet was not working and they had to come fix it. Pool was cloudy, needed to be cleaned.

AJ at the front desk was very helpful and always very pleasant. It is nice to have a hotel that serves breakfast with a few hot items to get a quick start in the mornings without having to leave to look for a restaurant. That is one of the things I always look for.
