Helpful staff and breakfast was simple but well done something for everyone at the table!

Great service

This was a very nice hotel. Room was clean, bed very comfy. Exceptional bedding. Hotel did not have a good set of services related to snacks and beverages for purchase, but knowing that before going would make it a better opportunity to prepare.

The young gentlemen, working at the front desk was absolutely wonderful!

Parking and clean room

This is the worst property I have ever stayed. It was expensive and there is nothing you can say good about it. The property is old, there are no amenities and staff were like why did you come. The front desk is like not willing to even say anything. I wish I would’ve never stayed in this property.

Room was not worth $200 a night but for the most part, I got the room in the picture. Slightly older but the same.

Convenient location for Great Sand Dunes NP and stores/restaurants. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean. The room was too cold and the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable.

It is located on the west side of the city so it was easy access and quiet and safe. The Great Sand Dunes are close.

To show the extent to which the staff gave assistance I note my rental car tire was flat leaving me stranded close to checkout time. The manager, Barry, provided the name & # of a nearby tire repair service & then personally aired my tire up with his portable air compressor so I could drive to the shop. He also extended my checkout time to accommodate the repair. WAY "above & beyond" the call of duty.

We were allowed to check in early, only room available, thank goodness, after a long drive from California we needed to put our heads down. Rooms were a decent size, and clean. Staff was friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was nice. They switched it up a little with biscuits and gravy one day and salsa verde to put on your food another. It was actually pretty good.

When I opened the door to our room, I realized someone was staying there. The Staff was very confused by this. They gave us another room, which worked out fine. The breakfast was just ok.

Clean but older hotel that needs some upgrades and maintenance

Breakfast is sad... But most are anymore.

One of, if not the, most comfortable and spacious and well appointed hotel rooms we've ever experienced. From the bedding to the bathroom to the sitting area everything was well designed for comfort and practical use. In addition, the friendly staff went out of its way to provide information and directions as we didn't know our way around the area. Finally, the hotel is essentially in the airport making travel especially convenient. Highly recommended!

I had a great time in the area! Wasn't much I could complain about.
