Comfort Inn & Suites Alamosa

We were traveling with a larger family and our rooms were on different floor. I did ask for closer rooms and they were unable to accommodate. The breakfast area was completely packed, we ended up leaving for breakfast.

Front desk person was very nice

For us was just a one night stay and all was OK.

The hotel was clean and nice. Parking lot could be bigger but worked.

Nice friendly staff

Clean and comfortable rooms. Felt safe. Breakfast included with rate was not good, not even the coffee - plan accordingly.

Dimly lit room with low led bulbs. Uncomfortable bed, noisy ac that was smelly when running to long. Shower floor stained. Breakfast wasn’t replenished and almost nothing left by 8:15 am.

Great for kids.

Older property with updates- clean rooms, nice beds. Breakfast was disappointing. Very loud throughout the night in the hallway (doors slamming and loud guests). Nice to have pool/hot tub and outdoor grill. Helpful staff.

Very nice place to stay

The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. I'd give it a full 5 star rating but we had no couch which left not enough sitting space in our room and the walls were a bit thin to block out noise. We slept great though & the hot tub felt amazing! I do want to give a shout out to Dillion who was working at the front desk. There was a VERY upset guest that booked the wrong room type. It was no error from the hotel side but the guest was really getting yelled at and treated very poorly. He remained calm and very kind to the guest. Much nicer than I probably would have been after an hour of being yelled at. Kuddos to you Dillion. Comfort Inn & Suites is lucky to have you.

No surprises. True to the on line description. And will definitely try to stay there again when in the area.

We weren't sure what to expect with our stay. It was great!! The room was fantastic and breakfast was very good! We really enjoyed our night there.

Any issue will not be resolved, just keep driving to the next hotel

Rooms were bigger than I thought which was nice. We stayed 1 night. We used the pool, which was freezing, so didnt last long. Breakfast was okay, not many options. They offered waffles but no syrup. They had eggs, bacon, sausage, 3 choices of cereal and yogurt. The playground had fire ants all over the sand so we didnt use that.

The stay was good. Room was good, Bathroom door handle was broken, had to call the front desk to turn on the cable in the room and the morning breakfast eggs were watery. Overall, It was adequate for our needs.

Good location and actual room was nice. Bed was comfy. However, the bottom of the shower was filthy
