Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice location. Breakfast was delicious.

Warm friendly check-in. Room was comfortable and reasonably quiet. Bed was squishy, oh well. Front desk has a water-bottle filler! (Tap water was mildly funky). A very pleasant stay overall.

Thought it was an excellent value for the price; full breakfast included.

Very friendly and helpful staff

A basic motel style property - it was a bit tired but what we expected and good value. Well positioned within the centre of town and very convenient for dining and shops. The voucher system with the diner next door worked well for breakfast.

The bed in room 112 is terrible…it sinks and ever time one of us turned over the bed make a metal grind sound that kept us up all night. The AC was not consistent. So we were hot during the night. There was warm water to shower but not hot water.

Good motel, clean, quiet, and breakfast is in their onsite restaurant. I'd stay again if in the area.

Dunes Inn is a great little motel. It was clean and served our purpose for a 3 night stay breakfast at the All Valley Kitchen was delicious and included in the stay. Downtown is walkable with many restaurants.

This stay started out bad on day 1. I arrived at 2:30 in the afternoon, 30 minutes before their check-in time, which is usually no problem for other hotels, it's difficult to plan your trip where you're driving all day and arrive right at check-in time. Well, the lady at the desk told me check-in time is 3:00, come back in 30 minutes, she said they were still cleaning. So, I went to sit in my truck for 30 minutes and watched the maids clean up the last 3 rooms, when I got my key, the room they gave me was not one of those rooms, which means my room was clean and available, but they decided to inconvenience me simply because it wasn't 3:00 PM yet. Then I got in my room and after a lot of driving I wanted a cup of coffee, that's a problem because there are no coffee makers in the rooms, then when i went to take a shower, the towels were the smallest, cheapest and roughest that could be purchased. it's obvious to me that the owners of this property are more interested in shaving a dollar here and there from operating costs, at the expense of the guest's comfort. Oh, and did I tell you there are no coffee makers in the rooms. I did like the included breakfast at the restaurant next door, that was a good experience.
