Dunes Inn

Clean room, great location. Breakfast next door was a nice bonus. Plenty of parking.

Large comfortable room and Excellent breakfast!

Although the room was old, it was clean except the toilet bowl. Definitely needed to be scrubbed with a pumice stone or something to get rid of the ring, The room felt like I stepped back in time.., brick wall and mustard and red furnishings. The room was comfortable with nice TV, microwave, and refrigerator. The air conditioner was by the bathroom in the back and had a hard time getting to the bed. A bit uncomfortable sleeping on a hot August night. Breakfast was amazing! 5 hot to order choices from the attached cafe. A real restaurant breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The Dunes Inn is a decent low budget motel right on the main strip in Alamosa.

What a charming hotel! It is in a great location and you can walk to many good restaurants. The room was clean and spacious with everything that you needed including a fridge with a freezer and a microwave. Breakfast is voucher to be used at the restaurant next door and it was the best breakfast we had on the trip! great Sand dunes national Park is about a 40 minute ride from the hotel.

Great place to stay! Tons of food options nearby, very friendly staff, clean room, good AC, a perfect place to come back to after my long hike!

Clean rooms, very nice staff, right downtown. It was a quick decision to stay here because we were tired but it was a happy accident. We went for a walk and apparently they have a First Friday event downtown, which was awesome. The breakfast was decent but limited. It is made to order though so it's fresh!

Perfectly fine basic accomodations for the price.

Keeping in mind that this is a motel in a small town, it was quiet, very clean, and great for an overnight when you aren’t going to be in the room a lot. Motel is older, the room smells a little musty but very clean. The breakfast makes it a great value! You get vouchers to go to the little hometown restaurant next door and they have a menu for hotel guests to order from. I would stay there again.

The Dunes Inn is located conveniently in Alamosa to be able to walk to nearby restaurants and stores. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The free breakfast was at a restaurant next door and was cooked to order. Our room was clean and comfortable. It is an older motel but a fine place to stay when visiting Great Sand Dunes NP.
