Quality Inn Alamosa

Service was good it’s a very old building needs new paint and it would have been nice to use the slide at the “water park”. That being said the sheets and pillows were clean and so was the bathroom, breakfast was minimal but they had the waffle maker so that was a plus. No dairy free options and it was weird that the eggs were just sitting out and not refrigerated. We had a good time looking around and watching cable tv again.

The hot air from the room AC units dumps into the dinning area and makes it hot.

I showed up, and the hotel was filthy. The front office area was super HOT and they had a waterfall with old dirty standing water. We went to look at the swimming area, as my grandkids were with me, and there was mold in the tiles, and the slides were terribly dirty. I decided immediately that I could not let my family stay in this place.

The hotel staff seems convenient and friendly, breakfast is good enough, the room is pretty clean. I highly recommend the place to stop overnight.

Location was great did not have breakfast and was able to get a good nights sleep.

I like the room, TheCheck in is a 3:00 we check in at 5:30. Room are not ready . To much noise on till midnight.

I was given a fishbowl room: no exterior window. Instead, my room faced into the rec area, next to the billiard tables. Someone was having a great time playing pool. Children were having a great time at the water park. Low riders were having a great time next door. A bunch of men and beers were having a great time at the entrance. I did not have a great sleep. On top of all that, lots of little things were wrong. The body soap was on the counter, not in the shower. My desk had a crack down its length. They ran out of coffee cups at breakfast.

Clean and comfortable. No elevator.

Elevator went down. But the staff help to get my 80 yr old mom down from the 6th floor. The manager was excellent and staff. Nice job and you cannot control equipment just work with it.

I didn’t like it. The facility is too old. The furniture in the room, the toilet , the door, the lamp, the couch, the bed, the bedsheets…… have to change almost everything.

Area where continental breakfast was served was clean. I was disappointed however, by the fact that there were no cooked eggs or breakfast meats. Very disappointing. Also, there was no icemaker to accompany the juices that were served. Speaking of icemakers there apparently was only one to serve the entire building, and it ran out of ice. Customer should expect more.

The breakfast was good. Staffs were amazing. The room was spacious. But the toilet was very dirty. They cleaned after we told them. But they should have checked it before we go there.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel and local area. It could’ve been cleaner. The floors in the hallway were filthy and the room could have been cleaner. There were no towels and wash cloths in the room and both mirrors had some kind of splatter on them like they had not been cleaned from the previous guest. It was ok for someone that was there just to lay their head down for a while. They could also do some upkeep in the pool area. That’s what drew us there to begin with, having small ones that wanted to swim.

The outlet in the bathroom was broken and very loose. Plugs kept coming out of the socket during use. The area by the standing lamp looks and smells abbot like and animal pees there but didn’t get cleaned up properly.
