Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Albany Airport

The front desk staff person did not know where to buy wine in the area. There was no info in the room as to where to find the wifi code or where to look for info on departure other than the sign on the door (i.e. whether to strip beds, how to do checkout, etc.) Otherwise the room was clean and the front desk person explained about the amenities and info on the breakfast.

We were very happy with our stay! The hotel was very clean, beds were super comfortable and the staff were friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants, a pharmacy and shops. This was our third time staying at Fairfield by Marriott Albany and would def book in the future

.........

First time at this location, it was clean and fairly priced. Nice room

Second time staying with Fair

Every aspect was Perfect for us. Secure location, great staff, lot's of shopping and dining in the area.

Nothing The room smelled terrible. When i went down stairs to the check in the service desk clerk just handed me a can of spray. We also had an emergency we needed to leave a day early. I was told there was nothing they could do to reimburse me. This was my first experience with you and it will be my last

Honestly, very little other than the location. It’s off wolf Road which is perfect for those looking for north Albany and great restaurants. But there are many many other hotels offering better service. Poor service, plastic cutlery, poor quality breakfast, cheap pillows and bedding, generally shoddy.

The fan runs loud at night

Good

The hotel was what I expected. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was courteous and helpful.

The stay was great! Thank you.

Very good

Clean room and good breakfast!!

Pretty basic, but decent hotel. AC in room was a bit loud coming on. It was nice to get a free breakfast with coffee as well!

Great all around stay

Clean and quiet NA

Unhelpful front desk staff. Walls paper thin and you can hear everything. Other guests allow their kids to scream and play in hallway like it was a romper room. With paper thin walls, their noise was unacceptable and not addressed by staff.
