The worst breakfast I've ever had.

I loved the breakfast.

The elevators were not clean. Throughout the property the aroma of cannabis was very strong. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

First room smelled of cigarette smoke and the housekeepers sprayed VERY STRONG air freshener to cover it up. As a family with 2 asthmatics, we immediately requested a new room!! The staff was nice and gave us a new room with no issues. Other then that, our stay was good.

Clean room

Bed was comfortable, pillows are kind of lumpy. Dishwasher alarm was going off when we entered the room but the desk clerk quickly reset it.

Close proximity to shopping and restaurants, nice area. The room was equipped for a short stay, like dishes and separate “ living area “ I absolutely loved it! Everyday, staff would contact me via text to ensure everything was great. The breakfast was enough (waffles ,eggs sausage, biscuits, cereal, oatmeal, fruit) I didn’t go in pool, and the gym looked well equipped. The lobby had fruits for guests, it was clean and bright, staff helpful & pleasant. 😊

Couldn’t check in @3pm room wasn’t ready until 3:30pm. 2 days of my stay there was no hot water.

We always stay at home2suites because the rooms have everything one needs: comfy bed, enough sitting room, kitchenette is supplied with stoneware, silverware, larger refrigerator, micro, coffee maker, and even a dishwasher. Always friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately last night we didn't have hot water but in the morning we took a shower in hot water. What a relief. The breakfast was soso; nothing to write home about. But the gentleman was very helpful and friendly

But the staff was well above par. They were all smiling and professional! Superb! Corral was the face of grace under pressure… we lost hot water in the entire hotel ! As I waited in the lobby for my husband I personally observed him treat everyone with questions about the problem with dignity respect and a genuinely caring He was professional dignified and a great person to represent your company. Smiling and concerned for the guests comfort Breakfast was well done! I was so impressed with the way the gentleman kept the breakfast area clean… I asked his name. Fonz is his name. He was diligent in keeping the area clean and tidy. He kept the breakfast well stocked with all the selections he had at his disposal. I usually do not have this much to say about the staff … just say “nice job” but in this case these two gentlemen were very impressive at their tasks. Please acknowledge them for us!

Room,staff and service was great. The only problem was the breakfast. I usually stay at Homewood suites in Albany. Their breakfast is really great. Home2 breakfast was no way close to the breakfast at Homewood suites.

Upon arrival, was disappointed that the breakfast area was along the wall with a curtain pulled to cover when not in use. And the curtain was hanging so it gave a less than appealing vibe. While waiting to check in, needed to use restroom off of lobby, a two-stall with one that couldn't be used; lets just say they need to call facilities or a plumber. Once we got in our room, there were a few hairs found on the flat sheet. They did change our bedding upon request. Pool small but didn't look great. That's it. Could stay there again but it won't be my first pick.

Everything about this hotel was excellent!! Staff, breakfast, rooms were all great!!
