The size of the room for the value was great.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We would definitely return. Very spacious space, clean and comfortable. Comfy beds, a good sleep and a good breakfast. Thank you for everything!

The hotel was conveniently located. The room was well equipped for long term stay. Breakfast included in the morning with many choices.

I always stay at home2 when I travel because of the room set ups and how it is always clean Broken door lock made the whole night very uncomfortable. I thought id be fine so I didnt ask to switch rooms but as the night went on, I realized I definitely should have cause I wasnt sleeping well. Also weird toilet seat. Definitely needed a new one. And this home2 has alot less things in the room than other ones. But that was it and it was clean and had very friendly and helpful staff so ill definitely be back next time I come up.

Last day of check out breakfast host was very nice. Second day breakfast host wasn’t pleasant.as the last day checking out the breakfast hosts made it a nice and pleasant morning checking out. Greeting people in the morning as a hostess would be a great idea. My pet peeve.

Clean Seemed ok

Nice staff, clean main areas, nice pool. On 9/11 the last thing I want is low flying planes that look like they are aimed at my room window. Plane after plane until like 10 or 11 pm. I wish I was warned when booking this hotel that there would be loud, low flying planes. I fudnt sleep a wink.

I went back the next day because I left some gifts of value and one of the housekeeping attendees stole them and didn't return to the front desk. I didn't appreciate that at all because they were gifts for my wife.

Breakfast was amazing, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The place was clean and the room was perfect. Very affordable and close to Saratoga/Lake George! Will keep coming back

The room we got was not. What was advertised. When we booked it, we initially booked what we thought was a sweet room that had a separate room from the couch and living area. But that was not the case. We had a curtain that separated the pullout couch and the bed. The dishes were okay. I did have to wash them before we could really use them. And the tongs were very dirty and looked like they hadn't been used in a long time. Could have been washed before we got into the room other than that. The stay was okay.

The design of this place.is terrible in my opinion. The entrance is on the side of the building, this is where the elevators are located. BUt also the only parking alongide this entrance is for Electric vehicles. If your room Isnt on this side ,it is very inconvenient. The other side has stairs, but definitely not the easiest entry and exit. The air conditoner sounded like a jet airplane powering up and took forever to drop 1 degree.

Very Nice place to stay. Nice and Quiet. Staff was excellent.
