Great place to stay, easy check in and the rooms were clean.

The hotel itself was beautiful, quiet, and conveniently located. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, clean amenities, and the overall attention to detail. It was clear that the staff takes pride in providing excellent service.

Overall it was great once you get through the long check in line.

Everything was excellent

Sometimes it-s worth paying a little extra to get a hotel that doesn't look like it is poised for a purchase. The staff were all friendly enough but the hotel is in need of serious renovations. Musty smelling in the hallways and the rooms. Pool and sitting area in definite need of updating. The beds must be old since I sank into the middle of one of the beds and switched to the other. I thought Marriott had standards but maybe this is not really owned by Marriott but a private company.

Very nice, located close to the airport and shopping.

Went to check out and ask if we could use cash instead of our card they told us no we don’t accept cash, they did at the bar!!! The bar and food closed way too early!!! Not impressed with this Marriott and I have stayed at many over the years!

Stale smell in hallways with ancient rugs in place. Room was refreshed rather recently so that was clean and fine. Today was a lacrosse tournament day so noise levels were rather high.

Stayed here last minute. Not worth the ratings! Room was renovated but toilet ran all night and ceiling was all bubbling. I wouldn’t stay here again for the price point.

First floor rooms are very noisy....

Albany Marriot is my new home whenever I travel to Albany. The rooms well kept. The bed and shower is AMAZING. The staff is phenomenal and very friendly. The hotel is just really nice and extremely well maintained. The location is also perfect for dinning and shopping. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is just looking for peace and relaxation.
