Travelodge Inn & Suites by Wyndham Albany

Had to change rooms after check in as the tv wasn't functional. Was placed in a room with noticeably dirty floors and there was old food left over in the mini fridge. Front staff was helpful/apologetic. Also, shower knob/head weren't attached to anything and moved in and out of the wall when used. Cheap room but not worth the savings.

Close to airport nice amenities,fridge ,ice,micro.. nice location Place had an off smell like they had sprayed recently.

The room was clean & ready. The staff very friendly & helpful. We were only there overnight so couldn’t use much regarding amenities. My only wish would be for more towels since there were 2 of us in room but only 1 large shower towel

It was quiet and safe for the one night that i stayed. My room was supposed to be non smoking but smelled like a cigar. Breakfast was a bag with a bottle of water and fruit of choice.

Room was not clean. There was dust and visible dirt in the bed. Staff were helpful though

Mattresses sagged and rather lumpy. They need to be replaced

Property was clean, but entire structure was poorly kept—-toilet seats chipped, paint on walls peeling, double lock was missing, lamp didn’t work, curtains didn’t completely close to keep out parking lot lights and daylight, and towels had strands of threads pulled away.

It was a good experience, the staff was nice and wanted to make sure you got a room right away if you were traveling in the night.

Bed and linen and bathroom was clean. Room smell was next to terrible. Had a difficult time adapting to rooms smell.

The front desk clerk was a very nice guy. However, he is under the impression that their hotel was voted #2 for clenliness in the tri-state area. Someone needs to help this guy with a better story. This story just doesn't add up, mayne he means they were voted the 2nd most disgusting in the tri state !!! Just dont stay at the roach motel

Very nice stay with friendly staff

The staff here has been so helpful to me. I am staying in Albany because my dad is in Albany Med fighting for his life. When I had to extend my stay, twice, the staff were amazing. Even matched the price for me. Top notch. I’m alone, they made life easier for me.

That was not very welcoming. The Morning desk clerk was more than accommodating.

The staff were pleasant. The room was clean and met our needs for our one night stay.

Good location with mall, restaurants, & highway access nearby. Property and room cleanliness could use a few good swipes and upkeeps: the shower and windows curtain do not close properly.

Clean room and nice staff. Old but good price.

Comfy soft bed. Even with air conditioner the room was humid. Door lock mechanism (metal latch broken). Solid lower mid-le el accommodation.
