This hotel has been under a refurbishment program for the past two years. It is now completed and the hotel seems brand new. The staff seems to be greatly improved also. I highly recommend this property.

Super remodel of one of my favorite hotels in Albuquerque. Looks brand new. The restaurant service offered very tasty options.

I got to my room and it had an issue with the shower. I wasnt happy becuase I was short on time, but the staff moved my room and got me in a new room. They extended my checkout and really changed my attitude. Id stay again based on the staff.

This was an amazing location. The room was fantastic, staff was amazing and it was a great stay. Parking was a little expensive, but still good.

The staff at check in were not very friendly. They seemed not interested and spoke very rapidly and not very clearly and with little eye contact - a memorized speech delivered unenthusiastically. The hotel is very noisy. The courtyard sounds fill that huge space and rise up even to the 4th floor and very late in the evening and can be heard quite clearly inside the room. Plus the elevators on the one side of the building were across the courtyard space from my room so I had to walk all the way around to reach them, which was inconvenient for an old lady on an oxygen machine. All in all, a disappointing experience, not up to the standards I have observed in other Marriotts.

WiFi service was intermittent. When I inquired, staff said that server consolidation was in progress. This had a significant impact on my business. I asked to speak with management several times & no one would speak to me directly. Very disappointed with management's response.

One staff member was not helpful on day 1. It was a gentleman at check in. He was more helpful with questions on day 2.
