Albuquerque Marriott Pyramid North

This was an amazing location. The room was fantastic, staff was amazing and it was a great stay. Parking was a little expensive, but still good.

How friendly the staff were and explaining business hours. No comment

The staff at check in were not very friendly. They seemed not interested and spoke very rapidly and not very clearly and with little eye contact - a memorized speech delivered unenthusiastically. The hotel is very noisy. The courtyard sounds fill that huge space and rise up even to the 4th floor and very late in the evening and can be heard quite clearly inside the room. Plus the elevators on the one side of the building were across the courtyard space from my room so I had to walk all the way around to reach them, which was inconvenient for an old lady on an oxygen machine. All in all, a disappointing experience, not up to the standards I have observed in other Marriotts.

WiFi service was intermittent. When I inquired, staff said that server consolidation was in progress. This had a significant impact on my business. I asked to speak with management several times & no one would speak to me directly. Very disappointed with management's response.

Pleasant

Most of the staff was friendly and helptul. The people working the coffee station or cafe in the morning were very nice and helpful too. One staff member was not helpful on day 1. It was a gentleman at check in. He was more helpful with questions on day 2.

The pillows

Pool / hot tub was great but closed early. Hotel restaurant/ bar looked appealing but pricey. And the big insult, paid parking for and every day open air and public access lot, AND I was told one price at check in and charged more at checkout. EXPLANATION: the hotel changed its policy towards parking! Will not rebook here.

The night we stayed here was very nixe and comfortable

Stayed here twice and both times had to change rooms. First room had a broken air conditioner and the second had no working television. Also found the coffee creamers were used (empty) so obviously the room was not serviced correctly. Toilets are sized, in both height and shape, for little children. Note the $12 per day parking charge, which the hotel and Expedia should clearly state instead of "parking available".

It’s was one of the nicest one in Albuquerque that I’ve stayed in.

Everything about the location was amazing. The location, the staff, how clean the room and the hotel itself was, the location to everything we needed.

Door had visible light coming through side meaning you could hear everything in hallway.
