La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Albuquerque Northeast

Okay for 2 nights stay.

Shower was not working. Water was cold.

The room was a nonsmoking room with no fire alarm system installed.

Also, the pool is completely empty with garbage in it.

Broken down, dirty empty pool in July, dirty beds, trash, dead grass, air conditioners broke, we got another hotel

Terrible place to stay.

Bugs in bed

The room was really dirty they don’t clean behind the bed and the floors don’t have carpet just laminate floor which felt sticky. The bathtub had some holes drilled into it on the bottom it felt very run down. Breakfast was ok the waffles were good but everything else was questionable. The staff was nice but didn’t have much interaction with them. The pool outside is drained and not in use at this time. Not the best hotel

The room was dirty, stains on closet doors, lamp shade had holes in it, the room was suppose to have a microwave in it and there was not one.

Room was clean looking bed had bedbugs that came home with us. Front desk staff was not personable. Transparencies were unclear.

Dont clean rooms. Bad breakfast

Rooms were disgusting, stains on sheets, hair, bugs, dirty, and security issues.

For a summer get away, the swimming pool is always a top priority but the hotel staff has it listed but we get and the pool was closed and looked like it was not ready for the season with trash filled the empty pool. Rooms were a average. Basic. Tiny amenities like shampoo, No conditioner, For a family room. For breakfast, the only highlight was waffles but the waffle batter was out and the only person there that could help was behind the counter with customer and that person had 3 others that could assist but stood around. So no waffles were service during my time for breakfast. Overall for it being summer. The pool needs to be addressed and breakfast could improve. Until those items approve we will not return

If I'd known the pool was empty and closed and that the breakfast was so poor, I would not have stayed here and certainly will not do so again.

Very basic hotel a little above average. Free basic breakfast with boiled eggs waffles and cereal

Pool is full of trash not water and map was unreadable and confusing No coffee in the lobby in the evening Very disappointed in a Wyndham property

Nice stay overall, clean room and beddings

We got in late so when we got up to our room the sheets, linens and pillows still looked like they hadn't been change. Like someone just slept in the bed got up put the sheets over and left. Overall it was ok.

Mold in the bath tub and mold on the bathroom walls. There was so much trash everywhere on the property just piled up next to every trash can. Literally bags of trash. Like it had not been taken care of in weeks. Stinky!! Pool was closed for repairs? Really in the middle summer? We were so tired from our trip. We decided to go ahead and stay since it was only one night. But would never stay here again.
