We liked how easy it was to locate. Friendly staff, Safe location, comfortable facilities. First off, check in was quick and easy. Plus staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice , clean, and sound proof. We love when we can't hear outside the room. The beds were crazy comfortable. Tv worked great and had lots to watch. Love the microwave and mini fridge. The lighting in the room was immaculate! Next morning, breakfast was exquisite. Eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, biscuits and grazy, plus lots more. No pool . The plug by the best didnt work unless you had the light on. Had a bed in the couch but didnt have extra blanket for it. Juice machine was broken, kept running water while pushing other options.

Very good

Shower in our king suite had low pressure ..pool was very cold...needs to be heated...hallway was not clean...debris from construction was visible in hallway by pool

Location. Rented for a couple of days. Rooms don't get clean unless you request it. The ice machine was broken. Some areas were just neglected to be cleaned. The building is run down, and it needs a lot of maintenance. The pool was too cold ?, we could stay in only for a little bit. We most likely won't be staying there again.

Rooms were cheaply renovated. Breakfast ends earlier then what they say. They'll chase you out right at check out time though.

The price was very good and included breakfast. My only concern is that the floors on the main level were filthy. I realize there was some construction going on in one hallway, but they left trash scattered everywhere every day in full view on the walk to the dining area. I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty and she didn’t seem to think it was a big deal and would not agree to have it cleaned up. Meanwhile, the housekeepers were walking by her when she said this with cleaning supplies in hand. Doesn’t make sense to me! Also the floor on the bottom of the elevator was filthy and every day got worse.

Very spacious Poor quality of the room: bathroom door didn’t lock, exhaust for bathroom vents out inside the room. Swimming pool was abandoned, it was full of trash and colder than my freezer. “Poor breakfast “ toaster didn’t work right and eggs were not cooked right.

Staff was very friendly and made the stay easy and friendly.

My room was fairly clean but overall the halls and stairwells were run down and not clean. Lots of traffic noise outside of the room I was put in.

Our room had a smell to it as well as the hotel lobby. More like a really bad musty smell. Our rooms toilet was running when we got in there. My husband told the front desk gal and she said she only had one other room available but it was two queens. My husband just said we will turn water off to the toilet. The gal at desk said that our room was one of the last to be updated. Carpet was really icky dirty. If we’d of known that we would have gone somewhere else prior to reserving. They should have just let internet know there wasn’t a king available. It wasn’t front desks fault. Breakfast was good and clean.

The suite was large and comfortable. The entire staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was fine but missed breakfast by 2 minutes and was basically ignored !

This is an older property that appears to be in the process of being updated. It was fine for a place to sleep with some confusing light controls and alarm clock. Acceptable breakfast is included. The accessible room had a strange room configuration with the sink outside the bathroom, presumably to allow a wheelchair to fit into the toilet/shower area. The shower, however, is not a roll-in and requires stepping over the bathtub. Location is convenient to freeway and a couple of eating places within a short walk.
-
Only the location. It was close to our event. The facilities was awful. The colors are dark, the smell is horrendous and the pool was nasty.
-
Room was very clean but the place looked under renovations and sparse. Fortunately we were only there to sleep.

The hot tub was great
