Room was dirty, changed room and was still dirty. Only one employee on site. Was handling multiple complaints. Asked for a refund, but was denied. Had to rebook at another hotel. Worst experience I've ever had.

Felt safe there. Close to interstate. Coffee pot was broken.

Rooms were clean, but on the third floor where we were assigned this weekend, it was so noisy, woke me up around 2 am, nosy continued til around 6 am.

Our room was very nice and clean, however hallway and elevator needed cleaning. They kept running out of food and didn’t replenish even though we came down early enough to eat and we were there there 3 days at the breakfast buffet.

I got the 2 queen bed suites i liked how roomy they were. I also liked the breakfast it was amazing I did not like the the pool was cold and the hot tub was seriously too hot to even enjoy. I also did not have tissue. There were sugar ants on the floor. And I also had an issue with them saying my card was declined but yet it was pending on my end. I tried to explain what my bank said and tried to show them the auth code and the front desk clerks didn't want to even see it.

The rooms have been recently refurbished. Everything was so clean and nice. Breakfast was good. Hot tub and pool were great!

I wish the pool would stay open later. Need to put slip resistant strips in the bath tubs. My husband slipped while showering.

Our TV remotes in our first room weren't working, the front desk guy changed our room immediately was so nice and helpful. This is the second time we've stayed and had excellent service! The front desk person was the best. She was patient while I figured out what was going on with my card. Was helpful in giving me an alternate way to pay for our room. Was kind and very understanding. Thank you so much for making the situation less stressful.

Honestly for the price this was a great stay. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast had several options. Very easy access from interstate. I would definitely book again.

We liked how easy it was to locate. Friendly staff, Safe location, comfortable facilities. First off, check in was quick and easy. Plus staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice , clean, and sound proof. We love when we can't hear outside the room. The beds were crazy comfortable. Tv worked great and had lots to watch. Love the microwave and mini fridge. The lighting in the room was immaculate! Next morning, breakfast was exquisite. Eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, biscuits and grazy, plus lots more. No pool ?. The plug by the best didnt work unless you had the light on. Had a bed in the couch but didnt have extra blanket for it. Juice machine was broken, kept running water while pushing other options.
