Rooms were cheaply renovated. Breakfast ends earlier then what they say. They'll chase you out right at check out time though.

The price was very good and included breakfast. My only concern is that the floors on the main level were filthy. I realize there was some construction going on in one hallway, but they left trash scattered everywhere every day in full view on the walk to the dining area. I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty and she didn’t seem to think it was a big deal and would not agree to have it cleaned up. Meanwhile, the housekeepers were walking by her when she said this with cleaning supplies in hand. Doesn’t make sense to me! Also the floor on the bottom of the elevator was filthy and every day got worse.

Swimming pool was abandoned, it was full of trash and colder than my freezer. “Poor breakfast “ toaster didn’t work right and eggs were not cooked right.
-
Staff was very friendly and made the stay easy and friendly.
-
My room was fairly clean but overall the halls and stairwells were run down and not clean. Lots of traffic noise outside of the room I was put in.
-
Our room had a smell to it as well as the hotel lobby. More like a really bad musty smell. Our rooms toilet was running when we got in there. My husband told the front desk gal and she said she only had one other room available but it was two queens. My husband just said we will turn water off to the toilet. The gal at desk said that our room was one of the last to be updated. Carpet was really icky dirty. If we’d of known that we would have gone somewhere else prior to reserving. They should have just let internet know there wasn’t a king available. It wasn’t front desks fault. Breakfast was good and clean.

The suite was large and comfortable. The entire staff was friendly and helpful.

This is an older property that appears to be in the process of being updated. It was fine for a place to sleep with some confusing light controls and alarm clock. Acceptable breakfast is included. The accessible room had a strange room configuration with the sink outside the bathroom, presumably to allow a wheelchair to fit into the toilet/shower area. The shower, however, is not a roll-in and requires stepping over the bathtub. Location is convenient to freeway and a couple of eating places within a short walk.
-
Only the location. It was close to our event. The facilities was awful. The colors are dark, the smell is horrendous and the pool was nasty.
-
Room was very clean but the place looked under renovations and sparse. Fortunately we were only there to sleep.
-
The hot tub was great
-
Comfortable Under construction.
-
That the lobby was under construction, no where did it say the building was under construction. Room key didnt work on outside doors, had to go through the lobby each time. One of the girls made a nasty remark to my sister. Also the lights where the sink wouldn't work all the time, I was able to use that lighting maybe 2 times and the rest of the stay it wouldn't turn on

Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is convenient. Room was not very clean, is really showing its age, bed was not comfortable and the t.v. didn't work correctly even after having staff come check it out and bring a new remote.
-
There was construction going on and no continental breakfast one morning

Unfortunately the lobby was under reconstruction. The website did not mention this when I made my reservation.
