Check in was easy and quick. Room was nice with everything we needed

First, the staff is wonderful, professional, and helpful. Our only issue was with the air conditioning unit in the room with the beds. It didn't blow out any cool air at all. The living room area was icy cold, but not the bedroom. Other than that, it was a great stay, and we always appreciate having 2 bathrooms. We will absolutely stay here again.

Rooms were filthy! Pillows are tiny and the beds are uncomfortable. 10 out of 10 DO NOT recommend

Not bad for the price. Check in staff was friendly. Our bed was squeaky and the air conditioner was loud but kept room cool.

The room was not ready at 3 pm check-in time. We had to wait for almost 1 hour before we could check-in. The front desk staff was apologetic though about the room not being ready. The ac on one side of the suite is not working well and it was very noisy. I think the room needs some updating. The pool needs to be cleaned. Other than these things, we had a comfortable stay.

Beautiful renovated rooms a plus!

Location Shower and shower curtain uncleaned. Minimal hygiene products. Very poor breakfast options.

Only 1 ice machine was working so you had to go all the way to the 1st floor opposite end of the building to get ice. The pool was FILTHY didn’t even let my kids swim because there was so much debris in the water. Breakfast was only waffles and yogurt. The TV stations were fuzzy. The water pressure in the shower was horrible. It was extremely muggy because the AC would not cool the rooms down. We would have left and stayed elsewhere had I not prepaid in full.

Property location was great There was nothing to not like

Good location The shower was dirty, hair everywhere and for some reason the tub was a bit wet but there was no leak to explain why the tub was wet. There was hair around the tub and in the tub. I traveled for surgery and needed a comfortable and clean space and instead stressed out even more.

While the room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was completely outdated with clumps of either cement or paint in the tub. the shower water pressure was non existent. the threshold to the room was not attached. We tried calling the front desk multiple times for instructions how to access the wifi and never got an answer.

Rooms were great, the staff were very helpful and cheerful. There is some work needed and some being done when it comes to the buildings up keep but in all had a wonderful stay.

No air conditioning, ice machines not working, staff not available to help. Furniture was filthy with stains in the lobby as well as in the room, specifically couch in the lobby and the desk chair in the room. Breakfast only had cold cereal available. I booked for a week and only stayed the first three days, couldn’t bear the heat.

We enjoyed the pool. Just wish the hours had been open later. Also wasn’t expecting both beds to be twin and the master bed to be the futon.
