Bad

I got there for a late check-in. They said they were switching to night shift and it would be less than 5 minutes before they could help; 30 minutes later finally got help. She said she upgraded me for the wait; the bathroom still had someone else's hair in it. The air conditioner had molding dog food in the vent. So it was gross and felt unsafe.

This was the best hotel I stay in on my American tour following Rolling Quartz ( the metal band from Korea 11 citys 11 shows ) All the facilities were very good. The room was clear the bed comfortable the bath had enough towels and hot water. The kitchen was cool to they had a fridge freezer and a microwave the only problem was the television did not work but I did not come to America to watch TV. So would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel that is excellent value for money.

Location was good, close the I25. Staff was helpfull and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.

Picture show remodeled rum and unfortunately they put me in an unremodeled room which was dirty and disgusting. Staff was helpful in at least gave me my money back when I checked out early because of said items

The fridge was large, working microwave and staff was friendly and helpful. Very Quiet Swimming pool

Exceptional

Property is not kept up. In the room things were broken or didn't work. They ran out of hot water and they nor Expedia would refund the money for the other days. We had to move to another hotel. Staff was rude and attempted to be intimidating when problems arose. Nearly impossible to get the front desk to answer. Customers service rating low. Would never stay at any Motel 6 Studio 6 chain.

The neighborhood was relatively nice. The exterior was okay but the room was terrible on several levels. Roaches, ants, broken light fixtures, clogged sink. Two lights didn't work at all. Floor dirty, cabinets broken. Room smelled. Bed was very hard, uncomfortable. Two tiny old pillows. The check in took a full 25 minutes to complete after standing outside to wait your turn. This was a very bad experience even knowing it was Motel 6.

There is not a breakfast as advertised.The rooms and grounds were horrendous. The staff was polite but not helpful. I checked out a day early and was told I couldn't be refunded. We were given a regular tenants room with their things still in the room.I had to clean the whole room myself with my own cleaning supplies. If it were not for my fiance having to test for a job there ,we would have left right then.

Check in took way too long. The room was not cleaned properly. Dirty sheets. No hot water. The floors were covered in oily footprints. Disgusting place actually. I didn’t like anything the place is trashed. Staff is slow. The room was filthy, sheets were dirty and hadn’t been replaced. The floors were covered in oily footprints prints so I know the room hadn’t been cleaned properly.

Price

I did not like that there were people smoking marijuana outside their rooms, the non smoking room I requested had been a smoking room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. It was very strong that air fresheners I bought didn’t help with the stench. I asked to be moved to a non smoking room and was down graded from 2 Queen beds to a room with one queen bed because there wasn’t any other rooms with 2 Queen beds. They refused to reimburse me for the downgrade. The floors (in both rooms) weren’t swept and mopped. Two days there wasn’t any other no hot water!!!! 👎👎👎👎

I rented a room for 3 nights. The floor was pretty gross, looked like they didn't clean very well. There was no shower curtain and I had to wait forever just to get one. There were crazy people partying all night the first night I was there so couldn't sleep. All in all, I wouldn't recommend or waste your money at this place. Plus, the lady in the office seemed high or drunk, I couldn't tell which lol.

I arrived to find out that the propery had no hot water. They waived their $100 deposit, but that didn't really do anything for me as the deposit wasn't actual compensation on my end and should have been a price reduction at minimum in my opinion. Then, the amenities such as soap and shampoo were so small I almost missed them. The counter tops and floors were in rough shape. I decided to brave the cold water when the bugs I found in the room were the final straw. The front desk worker was helpful and understanding, though. They gave me a refund immediately before I left for a cleaner propery with actual hot water.

No hot water. Not sure how you can safely wash and operate without it. No shower.
