Sad laundry room was down at time of stay

Bed creaked, woke up with a backache. No tv signal, just black screen with volume. Notified clerk, no help. I stopped there again second time- no one in ofc. Lobby locked at check-in and no answer on phone or for buzzer for assistance at window. No phone in room. Kitchen had stools on table which made me uncomfortable so I didn't bother to use. But yet they want one hundred dollars deposit. I'm definitely sorry to book there.

Also, there was food under my bed that was hard as a rock so I guess it had been there for a while.

Cockroaches everywhere, 100$ safety deposit not mentioned anywhere, appliances which don't work and dirty floors

The kitchen's amenities inside the rooms were good. However, the towels had stains and the mattress was awful.

My room smelled clean but there were bits of left over food and crumbs all around the floor. There was also, I'm hoping and assuming, dog hair all over the covers, in between the sheets and on the AC unit. The bed was very firm and very squeaky. Don't forget you'll be charged a $100 deposit fee for "incidentals".

Very friendly staff but property is dated. Laundry facilities unavailable during week long stay. Adequate parking. Room had a bit of a pet odor.

This was a dirty room with worn bedding worn wallpaper and paint. The receptionist could not have been less friendly and courteous. The worse place I have ever stayed and totally misleading advertising on Expedia.

Showed up and the nkn smoking room reeked badly of cigarette smoke. The ac was on the whole time but that didnt help. The sheets were dirty, stained like someone walked all over the bed, the pillows were same, had hair on them from the previous guest. I doubt the cases were washed or changed. There was ashes and crumbs al over the counters. The bathroom had like 1/4 roll of toilet paper. I had to go ask for more cuz there wasnt any spare rolls in the room. The tv remote did not work. Overall it was gross and not a place i would stay at again. Not to mention the shady people constantly walking around there, people without a hotel parking pass , parking everywhere so i couldnt find a space close to my room to park. It was terrible. I left before 11am and i asked for my $100 deposit back, i still have yet to receive it in my account or get my receipt for it that the lady in the front claimed i would get emailed after the maids came back.. it made no sense to me but I BETTER get my deposit back! I left the room cleaner than i got it!

Nothing bad not worth no one works there

The room we got was not in our best interest. The toilet was hella dirty with poop around the inside. I’ve taken a picture of it. Front desk didn’t even give clean towels when we needed them. I guess there’s a time limit to get clean towels which I find stupid. Anyway…we weren’t happy at all. Tweakers most of the night and noise was loud and people fighting and arguing.

Free HBO, Disney, so many fun cable channels. Pots and pans to cook with. Nice room. Pet friendly.

Daytime staff are friendly give attention to details.

Legit worst hotel experience I’ve had, room wreaked of cigarettes, there were about 40 flies upon entering the room, few broken cabinets, floor was dusty, there was some mold in the bathroom, oh and the tap in the bathtub leaked so had to listen to that torture all night long, I wouldn’t even stay here for free, we had room 218

Didn’t have nothing there where dried blood on the mattresses

This place was filthy and crawling with roaches and other bugs. Nothing much worked. Lots of homeless people everywhere. It didn’t feel safe. Trash on the balconies and stairs. The “staff” were horrible and took forever to do anything. You have to stand in a hot doorway to talk them. AVOID!!!

The first room had roaches and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned.. they send room the ceiling was falling down in the bathroom.. was there for work.. they have the nerve to charge a 100.00 deposit . Men were sitting outside drinking and smoking weed
