That being said, the stay was just okay. House keeping calls started at 8am, the shower was difficult to use & had standing water of 5 inches while showering because of the intense water pressure that pelted you. A lot of the elevator buttons were cracked or didn’t light up so it was hard to tell if the elevator was coming.

it was a good stay the staff were nice and accommodating.

The one thing that stood out to me that may seem strange, but it was the pillows!! They were amazing and as one who gets a crick in their neck, I say having the comfort of home in the pillows on our bed that much better!

Clean, quiet Whiskey and rocks 19$?!?! And I couldn’t bring it to room Bar is a joke

Unexpected charges, they don't even know how to call them: $29 of unexpected expenses the receptionist said, then amenities then security deposit, then the manager said was going to be refunded but that never happened...... so expect the Unexpected...

My main complaint about this hotel is how they list the price. There is a price shown for your stay but you get charged more when you check in. So I saw that there is a $20 fee and I knew from last time we stayed here (but last time we got two free drinks for the fee, this time there was no free drinks) but I was charged $68 something with no explanation of what the charge was for. I assumed it was the $20 fee but checked my bank and saw it was quite a bit more. So I asked at check out and the guy didn’t even know how to tell me what the charges were for. So instead of paying $119 plus $20 fee at check in, I paid almost $190 for 1 night. The room was dingy, the mattress didn’t even fit on the frame, the pool outside was very loud, the room looked nothing like the ones they put online and it was overall very disappointing. If I wanted to pay that much for a room for 1 night in Albuquerque, I would have gone to a much nicer hotel.

Man this review is such a mixed bag. The service was excellent all around. The property however…it has so much potential but when I tell you it was filthy. Like wear your shoes in the shower, liquid spilled on the bed and not cleaned off, carpet never been replaced, filthy. I wish they would renovate the property because it could be a really cool place. I however will not be staying there again.

The hotel is very well kept and quiet! The only issue was the shower. It wasn’t draining 😕

The whole hotel was unique, staff was super polite and helpful! Beds were comfy! Room was clean! Housekeeping was great! We didn’t eat at the restaurant cuz we were on the go BUT it smelled AMAZING! Loved the native sounds they play throughout the speakers! We will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is decorated in native and Spanish cultural decor. Very pleasant and relaxing.

Loved the artist room. There were a few things that could be repaired like the ice machine on fourth floor and a door that was hard to open and close but overall nice place.
