The artworks and friendly staff Too noisy, probably need thicker windows (idk). The elevator and the front area restrooms need to be updated (old).

Hotel is starting to show its age. Room smelt musty and the maids don't clean great there was still change laying under the bathroom vanity from previous people that had stayed in the room. Bed was so soft (old?) You couldn't sit on the edge of the bed it would just collapse under you. I don't normally review or complain. But I have stayed here years previous and it was in better shape.

I loved the look of the property and decor. Pool was great. Staff was great. Restaurant food was good but restaurant wait staff was excellent. Street side rooms could hear highway traffic so next time I would ask for higher floor on the back side of the property . Would start there again. My granddaughter loved it!

Amazing stay! The shower in our room was amazing great pressure and flow! The amenities of natural apothecary products was over the top! The pool was awesome swimming from indoor to outdoor super cool for our 10 year old! Then there is the Tepee and all the Art!! We had a balcony and it was of generous size great for watching sunrise! The room was clean, even the balcony was swept and mopped! Great stay in a beautiful environment with good views of the mountains. Will stay again! The carpet needs cleaning.

Everything was perfect!! The young man was friendly and asked if needed any help with our luggage. There is nothing to complain about, we were satisfied with our stay.

The staff was wonderful but the rooms where not as advertised.

stayed 09-05 to 09-06, caught a last minute deal on here that offered a Junior Suite for $139. The description was mountain view and the pictures looked great. Once arrived the taxes and fees extra were $70 plus, so the deal went out the window. The room had a view of the backside of a building and a small courtyard where the pool was, mountains were nowhere to be found in view. The room was large but only had one desk chair and desk, end tables and bed, a lot of empty floor space. It looked like sleeping in an room that they just "threw" together. In the morning had to call the maintenance due to the shower would not switch from tub to shower, maintenance had to yank hard on the knob which i did not want to put too much force and break the thing. Overall the property was in a nice location and was nice aesthetically. Would I stay again? maybe, but i would review the room first to see if its what i paid for.

Overall., the property was clean and parking was easy. Did not use amenities such as wifi, pool, workout room or the restaurant, as we showed up late and left early. Bed was comfortable and the small patio was nice. My major complaint was a dirty coffee cup., I don't mean like lipstick., I'm talking a layer coating the inside bottom of the cup that was something other than coffee. Overall a decent stay.., accept the cup., which skewed my review.

We enjoyed the pool a lot! The purpose of our stay was for the kids to swim. They loved it. The rooms are old, need new clean carpet. There was a gentleman at the front desk who was very nice as were the maintenance staff. New mattresses needed. We enjoyed it as our goal was the swim.

This is an older hotel but one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at recently. Rooms are spacious, and the complimentary waters and granola bars in the room were appreciated after a long day of travel. A perfect stop near freeways, restaurants and a Starbucks next door

I contacted the hotel about the cockroach, and they did move us to another room and refunded the $20 amenity fee, which I appreciated. However, for what we paid, I really expected a much cleaner and better-maintained room. Had the reservation been refundable, I honestly would have preferred to get a refund and stay somewhere else. Finding a cockroach along with stained bedding and the general condition of the room made it difficult to feel comfortable staying there. I hope management takes a closer look at the cleanliness and condition of the rooms because this was definitely not the experience I expected.

Balconies were great but there are no chairs! If I ever go back, I will have to bring some with me. Hard to enjoy a balcony if you can sit and relax. Got in late and only stayed for 1 night but definitely would go back. The lighting in the room was not very good, makes it hard for us folks who can't see well.
