You WILL NOT encounter a better staff. Especially the front desk. Absolutely amazing and treat you like family! Thank you.

The only thing I was sad about was they were short on staff, we checked in and they told us they had a restaurant and a mini bar, but when we got there they told us it was closed because of short staff and we were tired from traveling and wanted to have dinner with wine and relax, but we didn’t because of short staff, and we didn’t want to go for another drive so we just went back to our room, there was no walking distance to a restaurant around

Excellent service

Nice looking place with soothing music piped into public areas. Room was clean and comfortable. I did not like the fact that the ice machines are far away and some were closed off after 9 pm. I don't understand what the amenity is for? It was certainly not spent on their breakfast. Choice of apple or bananas, 2 types of packaged muffins and coffee. All set on a small, narrow table. I have spent a lot less for a room and received a far better selection and did not pay an amenity fee. Plan on breakfast elsewhere.

check in process was easy and i really liked the theme/decorations of the hotel my room was not clean, the bathroom was filthy and front desk staff did nothing to clean the bathroom or switch rooms. There was food in the microwave from previous guests, the bathroom had food rocks and fruit peels on the floor, the bathtub had long hair in the tub and the caulking sealing the tub was torn and leaking what appeared to be mold from where the tub met the shower wall. When I informed the night shift front desk she "ok. we'll get on that" they did not. I had to go out and buy my own cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and tub. When I checked out of the hotel i informed the front desk staff (the woman with multiple facial piercings) to the condition of my room/bathroom and all she said was "ok thanks for letting us know."

Shower didn't work, heater was blowing out colds air, staff was very friendly but when asked for help they said maintenance man went home already... I understand everyone has long days but I expected better

it’s a beautiful place to stay every one is super friendly and helpful only wish they would let guests know ahead of time of there 50 dollar security hold before arrival other than that this is amazing

I had one of the artist rooms which was nice. The air/heater had some issues and set off the fire alarm. The pool and hot tub were nice but ended up being closed most of my stay due to rain. I didn't think the hot tub should have been closed. The restaurant was good but it didn't serve breakfast which would have been nice. The staff was very helpful.

the rooms were wonderful, the bed was comfortable, the hot tub was great, the amenities were great! the coffee was awesome, and the breakfast snacks were perfect. Pet friendly and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay that is family friendly.

Bed was super comfy. My granddaughters LOVED the pool and hot tub. I liked the mini gym and how close Starbucks. It was a very pretty place to stay with great staff:) Having to check out:(

Beautiful rooms, highly recommend the artist style rooms. Nice bar and restaurant and very friendly. Great location and quiet.

lovely interior, great pool and hot tub with outdoor courtyard---the website doesn't do the pool justice. Room was comfortable, only challenge was shower was very difficult to turn on so check when you check in but in spite of that would definitely stay here again.
