The hotel seemed fine when we checked in and overnight. The following morning I saw a cockroach crawling across the bathroom floor. We packed up quickly and while doing that I noticed another one under the drapes on the floor. It wasn’t moving so I don’t know if it was alive or dead. The desk person was apologetic and said he was only authorized to deduct $50, and gave me a card with a manager’s name. I sent a picture and an email explaining what happened. She replied saying to send a picture ( not sure if the first one didn’t get to her) I re-sent and have not heard anything back from her yet.

The hotel and the staff were great. Our 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Suite was spacious and comfortable. Free breakfast was a nice touch. The location of this hotel was convenient and quiet. The only drawback - no fault to the hotel - is that the place was overrun with kids and families who apparently knew each other and traveling for a sporting event. They monopolized the pool and all the public spaces. This happens, we know.

Till we asked 2 other employees they were generous to check the system and they had a room ready ! @10:30 am I wasn’t expecting to get in there early I just wanted her to check to see if she had anything available so we could pay for whatever it costs and shut us down with her not even looking at the computer. We were willing to pay whatever it took because we hadn’t slept in a day and extremely tired

Loved the room layout and it was beyond comfortable. We plan on coming back for an extended stay. The nights were quiet. The bed comfortable and with restaurants in walking distance, we had everything we needed. My wife works out daily and though slightly warm, the workout room had everything and more. We will be back.

The young lady (during the week) does and exceptional job keeping the breakfast bar full and clean. Always a great smile and a good morning to all customers

We stayed only one night, but it was so clean and spacious we wish we could have stayed longer. It's in a great location for people traveling the US 25. The bed was very comfortable and when we checked the employee was very helpful.

I would definitely stay there again if the mold gets cleaned up.
