The property was ok. The ac did not work well in our room. It was hot in there. The pool was extremely cold almost unbearable. The parking was also a hassle. They have parking spots close to the building for compact cars so everyone who parked there were so close that it was a squeeze tight and hard to get into the cars

Overall it was an ok stay, why, because the beds were very lumpy and didn't offer much back support while sleeping. We found ourselves tossing and turning through out the night. The breakfast wasnt much to desire either. The pancake machine was down, the oatmeal looked as if it were saved over from the day before as it was dry and literally bottom bucket style looking. If breakfast opened at 0700 and we arrived at 0730 then how did it get to look and be the way it did? Normally the experience here and at other chains the oatmeal is lush, full and inviting. The boiled eggs were no easy task in peeling either, most of them were sticky and ripped the egg whites away in chunks. While the place was visibly appealing the bed and breakfast didnt scream welcome by any means. Thankfully the stay was only a night. Some improvements can be made to ensure a lofty experience next time.

The wall paper in the bathroom was attempted to be held to the shower with blue painter’s tape, it needs to be addressed. The rest of the room was very clean.

They have sharp metal discs hanging on the wall when you walk in and it ripped a 2-in gas in my arm. I spoke to the person in charge and they simply did not care. I would not stay at a true by Hilton because the sharp disc will slice you if you're not careful and they have them at eye level in the restroom as well. My last stay at a Tru

Menu breakfast was very good. Coffee was not good. Tasted like it was warmed up. Parking was good. The bathroom in our room needs to be patch up. Staff very friendly.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. It's nice, good swimming pool, right off the interstate, gas station is right next door, give it a try.

Property was terribly maintained, bad smell everywhere in corridor and elevators.

Our bathroom door was damaged to such an extent that we couldn’t open or close it without significant force.

Clean, comfortable room and great breakfast buffet.

Don't stay there!!! The hotel is falling apart! Rust on bottom of shower doors, Bathroom wall paper is peeling off the walls, hall way carpet was strained and dirty. Only one elevator was working at the time of our stay. Breakfast food is a joke for what was charged us per night. Stay at another hotel!!!!!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I was really disappointed with this hotel, I do have to mention a couple of the cleaning ladies I bumped into the hallway were very kind

The only thing that didnt work really was the fridge. But wasn't a big deal because we weren't really in the room to stock up on snacks. Other than that, would def stay again.

This is the third year in a row that we book this property for our son’s baseball tournament. Every year has been great until this year. Our team usually gathers in the lobby to have some drinks and up until this year there has never been a problem. This year on Thursday night we’re told lobby closed at 12pm. Ok we shut it down, the next night Friday we were told the lobby now closed at 10pm. Same deal ok we left. Saturday afternoon we’re told alcohol was not allowed in the lobby at all, we questioned the receptionist as to why we did both prior evenings and her response was because she wasn’t there. She proceeded to call our team mom because our group rate agreement clearly stated no alcohol. If no alcohol was allowed that is fine but why allow it the two prior days that we were there. We also asked to speak to a manager and we were told there wasn’t one until Monday. Will never book here again. I usually only stay at Hilton properties and have never had this happen before. We will be back in Albuquerque for another tournament and this will definitely not be our hotel of choice.
